I have stayed here many times and used to love it. This time was terrible. Room was filthy. Used a hard town to clean up some water we spilled and floor made the towel black. Couch had what looked like chocolate all over it. Room would not cool to less than 70 degrees. We called the front desk and they never came up. Our keurig was missing they did replace that. Pool was closed second night. Charge you two incidental charges when you check in. One for $50 and one for $50 plus parking. They claim they will merge and drop off when you check out but pretty crappy if you ask me. We won’t be back.

One of my worst hotel stays; definitely the worst with Cambria. I'm baffled by the great reviews this hotel received recently. The hallway floors on our level were dirty and gross covered in stains all the way down. Our room was mostly clean. Unfortunately, there were hairs found all over the place - bathroom counter, tub, and in our bedding. We cleaned it up ourselves as we had been on the road all day and exhausted. We just needed a clean quiet place to rest. Quiet was unfortunately not an option. The street noise was loud well into the wee hours. I have stayed at a Cambria in Manhattan with no noise problems. This hotel was not built with any care given to sound levels in a downtown hotel. The bathroom door was atrocious. Privacy is lost!!! Someone thought they were being trendy with the new doors, but no one wants a trendy bathroom door. We want a SOLID door to block out sounds and allow for some privacy in a hotel room. I would never stay here again. If you want clean and quiet, look somewhere else.

Room was very clean. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Any questions we had staff was so helpful and they were always super nice! The front desk ladies were awesome and recommended some good places to eat. When we go to Omaha again for any reason we will definitely have found an excellent hotel to stay in. Thank you to the staff you were always nice and so helpful. We always had hot water when we needed it which was nice.

Hotel clean and smelled good right when you walked in the door. The staff were all very friendly. The shuttle driver Wayne was amazing, he gave us a lift to the Orpheum and back. The rooms were all clean. Will definitely go back again.

I have greatly enjoyed my stays at the Cambria. The location is convenient, the staff is always friendly, and the rooms have been clean and comfortable. Be sure to check out the nearby restaurants as well!

I had a great experience at this restaurant while I was staying at the Cambria Hotel. Mostly just burgers on the menu, but they were tasty! Also, very convenient if you are staying at the hotel.

Best hotel in town. I decided to treat myself to NoDo Omaha to explore a town that I work in yet rarely visit. I worked at the Kimpton Cottonwood for 18 months in the Blackstone District the most expensive hotel in town. This place was half the cost and double the value! 10/10 would recommend.

Came downstairs at 900pm to get some food, was starving. \"Closed early\"? Only other option was $20 tacos across the street. My Caesar salad the night before was good though, just can't bait people with your hours and then be false. Edit: Absolutely no other options for food at 9:42pm

Good location near downtown and the TD Ameritrade ballpark! Easy check-in and very comfortable. *The shower needs a little more TLC and attention. We only had time for one night but would have loved to see the Old Market District nearby. Hook & Lime across the street was excellent and convenient.

Great location near downtown and Creighton University. Hotel offers free shuttle to airport and Old Market District, and a couple other places I don’t remember. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. I chose this hotel based on good reviews, and it didn’t disappoint.

Quite a scam. GM needs to be fired. Room wasn't ready till 4pm, restaurant and bar closed, scummy people downtown, at 4pm only one entrance unlocked requiring visitors to walk around entire hotel from main entrance. I stay 100+ days a year in hotels and won't be back to this one.

Computers were down and it took like 30 minutes to check in, plus our credit cards could not be accepted. But other than that, front desk folks were friendly and apologetic about it and made that part of the experience, though not ideal, at least bearable.
