Matt and his staff are Ahhhhmazing! We are TN VOLS left our shirts and they held them for us until the next day! The Vibe, The Energy, The Hospitality checked all the boxes!! Hands down recommend coming to this spot, especially if you’re here for th College World Series! Go Vols ???

Horrible service. Sat down to have drinks and food, we had never been here before. Our waitress was not attentive at all. She didn't bring us water, but brought us the beer we ordered. That was it. She never came back. We sat for 30 minutes or so till we finally asked the other server if she could get her. Our waitress comes back saying that we didn't say we wanted food? I didn't know I needed to ask to order food, coming to a restaurant. She was very rude. Did not apologize or anything. We decided not to even eat here, got the check and went to Aksarben instead. Will not return.

Omg!! Love this place. This is my new spot. I'm a local bartender and I absolutely love the service and atmosphere here. Decent food great service and prices. Katelyn and Matt are always so kind. They remember who we are and what we drink. Always on top of it, never have to wait for service or never ever have we had a bad experience here. Recommend a must stop!

We have been here quite a few times and the service has always been amazing. We play pool in the front room, away from the bar, and the bartenders are always checking on us. Matt has always greeted us and made us feel welcomed. Highly recommend and we are making this our regular spot!
Food tasted like it was from frozen, not homemade. The service was very very good. Just expected better quality of food in this area of town. It was really mediocre.

My friends chose this restaurant to eat at before we went and watched a game at the Charles Schwab Field. If you want to cool off from the heat and humidity this is definitely not the place to go. I asked our server if there was an air conditioner that she could turn on because we were all sweating pretty profusely. She told me the windows are open which I could clearly see. That wasn't what I was asking. I asked another time, like hint hint, maybe you could turn it on since we were suffering. She just repeated herself with the same exact answer. I don't know if it's just the way she just looks or what, but her eyes got all big and she had a disgusted look on her face, like how dare I even ask such a question. She asked if I wanted to speak to the manager I told her no that it was okay. She must have talked badly about me because I saw a couple of her coworkers turn to look my direction. She sent the manager over to me anyway which was extremely unnecessary. I honestly just asked a simple question but she never answered me. My teenage son was super embarrassed by the whole situation and sunk in his chair which made me upset. The manager explained that putting on the air conditioner is pointless because it won't cool of the building with how often the door opens and closes, at this time it wasn't even that crowded. I honestly think they need to resolve this issue, maybe by cooling the space off earlier in the morning to find a way to make their customers comfortable and happy. I stepped outside to cool off. That's how hot it was in there. I didn't eat because I don't get hungry much if it's too hot. My friends ate and said the food was just okay. I didn't find these two ladies friendly at all, they made me feel like I asked the most idiotic question, it wasn't a good feeling at all.
