R*A*C*I*S*T employees and discriminatory business practices! Group was treated with blatant disrespect. Staff refused to serve a customer without a valid reason. A staff member told him his English was “bad” and that he needed to “speak better,” which is humiliating and completely inappropriate—especially since the English was perfectly fine.
Group was made to be uncomfortable after playing a song in a different language. Staff said not to play “THAT kind of music” and spoke to in a hostile, dismissive way. The comments were degrading and made it very clear the group was not welcome. Threats were made towards the customers…
The establishment should be embarrassed and ashamed of the treatment of their customers and people in general. Don’t support this business. No one should be treated differently or denied service because of their skin color, language, or culture. Management needs to take these incidents seriously. Disgusting and embarrassing behavior.
