My wife and I always enjoy coming to The Tea Smith to buy my loose leaf Lapsang Souchong and to try new drinks while we’re there. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. ☺️☕️
Wonderful tea and wonderful service. I went in and let the staff know that I wanted green tea but wasn’t sure what I was looking for to pick a specific one. They explained some things to me and got me a tea that was essentially exactly what I wanted, before I knew it was exactly what I wanted. I’m quite happy with the tea and it was so nice to have a pleasant experience thanks to the customer service. Will be returning for all tea needs!
I had fallen in love with tea in a different state. Then I found The Tea Smith and I can't go anywhere else now. Between the tea and the people that help at the store. They have all been great. Thank you all for making my new love for tea even bigger!
