They didn’t have the full menu, and the service was phenomenal! Selling out of menu items is a good thing!

I love this new spot in Omaha! Food was amazing and the drinks are even better. Our bartender was fun and attentive. I tried the Pho King Champ drink and needless to say, I’m addicted.

Wonderful date night with my wife. The music was nice to have in the background. After eating I went upstairs and enjoyed looking at the stars.

Would give a 2.5/5, but I'm rounding up because they are still kinda "new". We went 5:30pm on a Thursday with a concert across the street at the waiting room. We thought they were about to be slammed. We were the only table in there for the entire 2 hours, we should have known. No happy hour offerings. One friend ordered the "Your so koi" they said they were out so she ordered the "Saigon Fog" then they said they were out of that as well (specifically the oat & Coconut cream), but they could make her a tea the only ingredient they had of the entire drink. A LOT of the pictures on Yelp they do not carry anymore, so don't get attached to anything before you go. We ordered the Shrimp summer rolls, they were out, shocker, so then I showed our waitress the egg rolls from Yelp that many people have posted and said “did you guys get rid of these I don't see them on the menu" and she said "no they are right here on the menu" and she points to the "pork spring rolls" and then realized the menu said spring rolls and not egg rolls, BIG MISTAKE, she said "oh yeah they are suppose to be the egg rolls so you can order them", so super happy I asked about them because they were the highlight of the night in addition to the wings. Hands down some of the wings l've ever had, if we didn't get the wings this review would be a 1/5 review. NOW let's get to the Street Corn, read the menu, no mention of Jalapeños any where. Please look at my picture of the street corn. Easily an entire jalapeño was in my street corn WITH SEEDS, it was soooo spicy as soon as it touched my lips they were burning. $10 for a bowl of inedible corn 100% corn from a can. After being told multiple items on the menu were out i decided to ask "what else are you out of" waitress said "Out of the short rib for the short rib noodle salad bowl" Heads up Rooftop is closed for the season (October 24 2024) they did have the door WIDE open that said "Rooftop Open" and 2 guys walked in and said "we're going to go up" and the host said "oh the rooftops open" they all looked over to the open door with the open sign on it and the host says "oh sorry I guess that should be closed". All in all go anywhere else than here, I feel so bad because our waitresses were so amazing, I hope they can find another job with more than 1 table per hour, especially during peak dinner time and with a concert across the street.

Wanted to try this new Benson restaurant and here’s my honest review! Came for a late lunch around 2. Atmosphere is nice, they’ve done a cute job redoing the old place! Service was great, our waitress was very kind and attentive. The food and pricing is where I feel like things don’t add up. The drinks overall were great! We ordered the roasted pineapple margarita and the cucumber smash. I originally wanted the Saigon tea but they did not have the coconut or oat cream on hand, and the bartender didn’t know how to make the lotus green tea. Kind of disappointing but the cucumber smash was really good in its place! Drink prices were ok, but the size seemed small for $12 and $14. For food we tried the pork belly sliders (8/10) $18, five spiced wings (4/10) $16, and tempura shrimp (4/10) $16. The sliders were awesome!! The best thing we ate. Great flavor and loved the toppings. But for $18, I did expect more than 2 mini sliders. Wish the menu said it came with 2. The wings were a miss, overcooked and the five spice was too much. Needed something else with that flavor. Instead of the lime ranch, I wish they gave regular. The lime ranch was too overpowering with the five spice together and was kind of too sweet. The tempura shrimp had good reviews, but they were soggy for us. The batter was kind of falling off and too wet inside. I wish there was a dipping sauce for these as well. I wanted to try the coconut rice, but being out of coconut cream, I figured they wouldn’t have it. Overall, would go back for drinks, but probably not the food. It didn’t scream “smokehouse” to us!

Great new place in Omaha. The spicy tofu bowl is spicy, but delicious! The wonton chips and salsa are a great starter too. My only knock - the Pinot noir wasn’t my favorite but the food, atmosphere, and rooftop bar more than made up for it. I’ll try the mixed drinks next time.

Gorgeous space! Wait staff was nice but could have been a touch more attentive to customers and less to their phones. Food was not great. I'm not a picky eater but the meat was poor quality. I saw pics online of the chicken and it looked great, mine however was weird tendons and endcuts. Prawns overcooked, husband's porkbelly was sugared burned bits.

Might have been the worst meal I have ever had! Can't believe they serve this food and charge for it. Both my wife and I thought it was terrible.

Loved the atmosphere, food was delicious. Highly recommend the shrimp tempura, best I've ever had. The chicken wings were delicious and the homemade ranch was great. We also enjoyed crispy potatoes, edamame and corn bread. All around the table everyone enjoyed the food. Definitely a great spot for sharing plates or appetizers and drinks. Drinks are well made and tasty! Service was on point. Will definitely return.

Went to the soft opening of the Rooftop Rosé Garden at The Tenant on 8/8. Loved seeing this space reopened after so long! The renovations that were completed & decor is just great. I had the Make My Daisy cocktail, which was small but packed a punch. Did not get a chance to try the food, but I definitely plan on coming back to explore more of the menu & eat at The Tenant restaurant on the ground level!
Parking: There’s free street parking along N 62nd Street & Maple Street in the Benson strip. You may have to drive along Maple or go into the neighborhood to find a spot, depending on the weather & the day.
