Went there for a late night meal. Waited over 1 hour for food. Food was stale and nasty. Waiter got the manager, he snatched the food and kicked us out. So unprofessional, so sad, and very disappointed.

My friend circle is very diverse in age from early 20's up to early 50's... We also are a good blend of LGBT and not... We go out almost every weekend and even sometimes during the week. We love music, dancing, and karaoke... I heard of the Verdict for the first time a couple weeks ago. I assumed... Incorrectly... That it's a fairly new venue because not even the young gays had heard of it. I've only been there once so far but we all plan on going back to hang out there again. It's got a great selection of alcohols, the bartender was super friendly and a nice pour! We didn't try any food but there seemed to be a very steady flow of food coming out of the kitchen. My main suggestion to the owners is they need to step up their social media marketing... When your main demographic has no idea you exist that's not good for business ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💜 Another perk is there's plenty of parking in a free parking lot behind the building

The Verdict has gone so far downhill. TERRIBLE service. No food- they cant keep staff. We got there at 4:50 pm. There was one other table when we showed up. We stat for 20 mins with no one there at all- when the bartender did show up, she when to the other table over and over and did not even acknowledge us. We finally stopped her and ask to place an order. She seemed put out that we were asking for some service. We ordered a marg, and 2 tacos. she said there is no food. Then told us that the bar does not open until 5:30. We left. It is clear this place is not going to be there long. Staff struggles with things like: silverware, napkins, greeting customers, taking orders, ETC
I would give Zero Stars if I could.

Living here for 10 years being a Lyft driver. I've eaten all over this city and they have the best burgers I think to this day. The drinks were very reasonably priced the food was very well priced, I will definitely be back. The bartender was really good very friendly.
Came in just on a whim, I love the bar and grill scene. First it took three tries to get our drink orders down from the bartender(Seth). Everyone struggles a bit when they are busy and they were busy when we first walked in. Then we tried to order food and my sister was trying to ask if you can order the burger a la carte because she didn't want the fries and wanted an appetizer as her side instead. She was not trying to get the app free, only to pay for only the burger and extra for the app. If they wasn't possible, fine. But instead of explaining it wasn't possible to do that he got rude with her explaining "this is the US I can't just give you an appetizer free with your burger" which again wasn't at all what she was asking. So we placed our food order. 5-10 mins later he came back and told us he didn't get our order in because he took 19 food orders in 9 minutes. 5-10 mins later another bartender came over and asked us for a card for our tab because of a lack of organization, but mentioned something on our order that wasnt ordered. After all that, he couldn't even get our order right, this time involving dietary needs. After we ordered, three times, we waited almost an hour as the bar became less and less busy. After everything we decided to just pay for our drinks and walk the 4 extra minutes to dirty birds. Seth was the rude bartender. I didn't get the name of the other one, but she was extremely nice and understanding. Avoid!

Seth came to take our oder and he didn't put it in because a lady came back to put a card on file. He came back back to write down our order down. He was rude to my sister in law when she was ordering. He remembered to bring her drink back and asked my husband and I what we ordered again. We didn't get our food because we were upset and paid for our drinks and left. Go to Dirty Birds instead it's like a 4 minute walk.

The bartender was really rude. There was miscommunication with our food and he told me that I had to pay for it when I told him I was aware, he got aggressive. I'm not impressed. He also came and got our order and then came back later and again asked for our order. Then another bartender came and confirmed what we got. It was wrong. Then she asked for a card for on tab because of his disorganization. We ended up leaving because we still hadnt been served after an hour.
