Living here for 10 years being a Lyft driver. I've eaten all over this city and they have the best burgers I think to this day. The drinks were very reasonably priced the food was very well priced, I will definitely be back. The bartender was really good very friendly.

Came in just on a whim, I love the bar and grill scene. First it took three tries to get our drink orders down from the bartender(Seth). Everyone struggles a bit when they are busy and they were busy when we first walked in. Then we tried to order food and my sister was trying to ask if you can order the burger a la carte because she didn't want the fries and wanted an appetizer as her side instead. She was not trying to get the app free, only to pay for only the burger and extra for the app. If they wasn't possible, fine. But instead of explaining it wasn't possible to do that he got rude with her explaining "this is the US I can't just give you an appetizer free with your burger" which again wasn't at all what she was asking. So we placed our food order. 5-10 mins later he came back and told us he didn't get our order in because he took 19 food orders in 9 minutes. 5-10 mins later another bartender came over and asked us for a card for our tab because of a lack of organization, but mentioned something on our order that wasnt ordered. After all that, he couldn't even get our order right, this time involving dietary needs. After we ordered, three times, we waited almost an hour as the bar became less and less busy. After everything we decided to just pay for our drinks and walk the 4 extra minutes to dirty birds. Seth was the rude bartender. I didn't get the name of the other one, but she was extremely nice and understanding. Avoid!

Seth came to take our oder and he didn't put it in because a lady came back to put a card on file. He came back back to write down our order down. He was rude to my sister in law when she was ordering. He remembered to bring her drink back and asked my husband and I what we ordered again. We didn't get our food because we were upset and paid for our drinks and left. Go to Dirty Birds instead it's like a 4 minute walk.

The bartender was really rude. There was miscommunication with our food and he told me that I had to pay for it when I told him I was aware, he got aggressive. I'm not impressed. He also came and got our order and then came back later and again asked for our order. Then another bartender came and confirmed what we got. It was wrong. Then she asked for a card for on tab because of his disorganization. We ended up leaving because we still hadnt been served after an hour.

Used to really enjoy this place, but last night left a sour taste in my mouth. I ordered a drink and then later on asked for a glass of water and the bartender told me “they don’t give out glasses of water, and I had to buy a bottle of water for $2”. I made sure it wasn’t a joke and he rudely made sure I knew it wasn’t a joke. Sadly they lost a customer with that interaction. I cannot recommend this place anymore. There are better bars in downtown Omaha.

I stayed at the IHG Express 02/14/24. I found this bar and grill on line and walked to the location.. found it to be friendly and inviting. I had a couple of Manhattans with buffalo wings and fries. The wings were excellent , and the fries were very good. The bar tender was Bridget,(hopefully I remembered her name correctly)very friendly and welcoming. I'm glad I stopped in. I had a good evening with drinks and food. I would definitely return when in the area.

Came in on a Friday when they don't od karaoke, but the amazing bartender David made it happen. This place is a must for any night great staff and just a great place to hang out!
I really want to like this place because it's at a convenient location, but they make it very hard to. I'll start with their silly water policy. They refuse to provide free water, even to paying customers. Any place that serves alcohol and does not provide free water is doing things so wrong. They have the ability to, but just refuse to. My group bought a bunch of food and drinks and they still tried to make us pay $2 for bottled water. Ridiculous.Regarding the food, it is bad even for bar food. A friend got chips and cheese dip, and the dip came out cold like it had been sitting out for a long time. The flatbread I got was gross and burnt to hell on the bottom. Their hamburgers were sad and unsatisfying. It wasn't even a busy night, so I have no idea how they are missing the mark so hard in the kitchen.The atmosphere is generally a little unwelcoming. There's an awful smell at the door when you walk in (I think maybe it's the smell from their grease trap? Gross...) The woman tending the bar when I went in previously did a great job and was friendly. Other than her, the staff is pretty uninviting.I considered giving 2 stars because at least they're open late and have karaoke sometimes, but then I remembered how bad the grease trap smelled again! Gross! Bro clean that thing! They can and should do way better. Until they do I will urge my friends to choose a different place when we're out. It was just not a good experience.
