I decided to try something new so I got Wingstop. I tried the mild and spicy Korean boneless wings and the regular seasoned fries. The fries aren't crispy and they have way to much seasoning and salt. I mean McDonald's even makes better fries. The wings are mediocre but drenched in sauce. Over all it is overrated and I would much rather have Buffalo Wild Wings. This was a waste of money. I wish i could've done a lower rating.

Went to Wingstop this afternoon for the first time in many years. I've been craving wings and from my recollection this place was pretty good back then. I got the eight piece combo with four regular buffalo style wings and four Parmesan garlic wings. It also came with a 20 ounce drink and fries. My bill came to $12 and some change. Overall I guess I was happy. The flavor was good but I will say that I thought the wings were bigger the last couple times I ate there than today's wings. They were a little small today.... not like I remember. The fries were decent. I got the regular seasoned fries. The young staff was polite and quick and overall again, the meal was a tad better than ok, just not outstanding.

My fiancé ordered the boneless 60 cent wings, but we received a mix-match of chicken tenders which we didn't ask for. My fiancé asked for ranch dressing, but we received blue cheese. We called the store and the girl who picked up the phone said hello and hung up. I then called again and I explained the problem with my order and I was on hold for almost 5 minutes. Then some guy got on the phone and said we can come back and bring the food and the blue cheese and have it replaced. Why would I drive 20 minutes back to the restaurant for food that you guys messed up. Not only that, but I would have to wait 15 minutes while it's getting replaced. This store use to be my favorite, but these past few times I ordered they either forgot my ranch or didn't give me all my chicken. Now this time they gave me chicken tenders and blue cheese. Definitely won't be coming to this location anymore. I guess I'll try the Millard or Arksarben location hopefully they don't mess up like you guys.

I WILL NEVER go back to this Wing Stop--EVER. I ordered almost $200 worth of food for a family birthday party online. The online system wasn't working and kept saying that I should come back later. After 4 attempts it tells me I have 4 orders! I call the store and talk to a manager and tell them my problem. He said he would be there the next day when my order will be prepared and would make sure that only one order goes in. I ordered delivery. My delivery time came and went. I called the store and the first person I spoke with said my order had left, the second person said she had seen my order, the third said I did not have an order, and the the manager told me that the order never came through but he would be happy to take it again and I could come pick it up in an hour. I have 20 people at my house waiting for dinner at this time! I then ask if I can have a discount for my order since they messed it up and was told they did not do things like that. When I went to pick it up an hour later--no apologies were given, no one said a word. And there were about 20 other people waiting for their meals too. I emailed corporate, and waited two weeks for a response and never heard anything. I called corporate and they asked what I wanted them to do. They did nt really see the problem. So many great restaurants are closing due to Covid--and they have great customer service. RIP Wing Stop on Blondo! We will go to Buffalo Wild Wings with our business, and I hope others will too!

Got wings tonight, placed the order waited the recommended time to pick them up and went and got them. When I got there i waited patiently while the cashier talked to person in front of her for about 10 minutes. Not a huge problem but wasn't excited about it. When I got home I opened the bag to find all our food completely cold Fries and all 30 wings cold It's it's frustrating to me because I like the flavors they have but the food should be put into some warming area or something if they're going to sit that long Not happy at all with the product

Sadly, I have to adjust this rating. I have been going to this Wingstop for 15+ years. For a long time it was the best one in Omaha. Lately there have been new workers every week, trouble with orders, and a number of other issues. I decided to go 3-4 times before I gave negative comments, but it's time. There may be some "Covid -related" blame to place, but under cooked wings and double the wait time is unacceptable. Try the 72nd location. This location has gone downhill.

Ok so I walked in and im a big guy so i had a hard time getting though the door any way i went to the girl at the front and ask for 260 wings now or else screaming at her she said ok and i waited a bit and the cops came in and tried to restrict me but i pulled out my homerun bat and said get yo hands off me then i scored some home runs anyway it sucked

The trip to Wingstop started out great, 20 minutes? Awesome... my friend orders a 6 piece small and my self a 10 piece large both being boneless. I got my order about 20 minutes before his thinking maybe they forgot his order but no they just got it wrong. So I looked like an idiot standing in the front with my food and my friend without. By the time my friend got his food mine was cold....
small with limited seating but still easy place to hit for small groups. must agree with others that the quality is up and down. in this visit was take out and not their best. shorted us on a fry order and the hot hot wings sauce was very uneven coating. in days gone past I would have always rated them far superior to other wing shops. seem to be going down hill.

The only reason I went here today was because they give you a coupon for free fries for your birthday, and I wouldn't have been back in town soon enough before mine expired. Anyway, I like Wing Stop. However, it's not ever my first choice for wings. Price wise, it's no cheaper than Buffalo Wild Wings and I think the quality is a little lower, and it's not any faster. I have been here a few other times and I thought the same thing so i don't think it was a fluke today. The food is ok, I know some people who think Wingstop has the best wings in town, but I don't. I had the mild boneless wings and seasoned fries. I was satisfied with both, I could not finish my wings or fries but I don't like them enough to reheat the next day, which is a little disappointing. The staff is always nice and it has seemed clean every time I have gone in. It's one of those places I would never choose, but if someone else wanted to go, I would.
