Went in on Sunday, 23 Nov and the two female staff were very rude, acted as if I was an inconvenience for them having to work. My family and I have been here numerous other times and it has always been hit or miss with the staff but today it was at its worse. Only reason for one star is because we finally got what we paid for.

The beautiful blonde that was working around 7-8 PM made my day. She was very kind and told me I was pretty. I also overheard her helping customers choose some drinks and give recommendations. She was bright and kind and honestly I was having a bad day and when she complimented my day was better. Give her a raise! The cafe is also very clean and neat and the workers are nice and give great service.

I’ve always loved Thirst Tea, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing, and I feel compelled to warn others who regularly buy their onigiri. We ordered 5 kimchi onigiri’s, and they were inedible—absolutely horrible. We suspected the kimchi might have been expired, so we decided to bring it to their attention. We returned two of the onigiri (the other three had already been bitten), but instead of addressing the issue directly, the manager refused to come out and speak with us. We were told that they had switched distributors, which was apparently the reason for the bad taste. As we sat in our car, we noticed the manager came out to the front to speak with her employee and was visibly rolling her eyes—so incredibly unprofessional. The employee, who was clearly uncomfortable, did her best to handle the situation politely, but the lack of support from the manager made the whole experience worse. Terrible food and terrible customer service.

The boba here is amazing, and delicious! However, rarely is my drink filled to the top. I purchase a large and get about Mediums worth of liquid boba in my cup. Ontop of ice, my cup is less than half filled with liquid. What a shame.
