I decided to order from this location while in town; Elise was incredibly nice and helpful when I came in. She seemed to be ignored by coworkers when she asked a question about refunding something from the ticket. I ordered two entrées, egg rolls, and egg drop soup. The egg drop soup never made it into bag; when I called and asked to be refunded for the soup I was told they would only do in store credit or to drive back there and pick it up.
I don’t think I’ll be returning.

The last couple of meals have been disappointing. The breaded chicken in any of the dishes I get are rock hard. Lo Mein was overcooked. The steak in Pepper Steak was tough. I’m done spending so much on below average food, use to be my favorite Chinese restaurant.

Three happiness? More like three sadness. Look I know this place ain’t gonna offer authentic Chinese, but the American Chinese was atrocious here. Flavor was lacking and soy sauce was the only thing I could realistically taste. Texture of the sesame chicken was rubbery. Still looking for a place in Omaha that has good American chinese. Service was good though. Anyway, up to you if this type of place speaks to you. For me, it did not.

Once again, the food did not disappoint! Great portions and wonderful flavor! I ordered a substitute of steamed rice instead of fried rice and that's what I got. So obviously we will be going again!
