I wrote this 11 months ago when we ordered from this place, but Google hadn't option to review it. Here is my review from Yelp.This is a virtual restaurant that has opened across the US and uses other restaurants as a base of operations. In this case, IHOP is the base.It is open late. And therefore it sounded like a good option.Ordered a sandwich, cheese sticks, and a couple of cookies for the house. Incredibly expensive, but they're open late.Cookies come in plastic bags like they're from a convenience store. Cheese sticks were cold. But, here's the kicker...and you'll see complaints of this occurring on the community portion of their Facebook page...The Grubhub driver repeatedly asked the restaurant "where's the sandwich for the order?" and the restaurant told him no, the order was complete. So, I did not get a Peruvian cookie for my wife or the sandwich I ordered. (I got cheese sticks and a few cookies.)I tried to call the restaurant. It's a 1-888 number to a call center in India. They read from a script but will not offer a refund.Scam artists. Avoid.

Ordered through grub hub. Never again honestly. You guys are 10 minutes at most from where I live and somehow the food was cold. Not even slightly warm. And fries are undercooked.Do better honestly or don't do it at all.

Ordered from uber eats the grater did not have a hamburger patty just a crumbled mess of beef and my cheese sticks only had 4 instead of six and were just tossed on top of the mess of sandwich that was the grater. Unacceptable for the prices I'd just as soon order a whopper from burger King at least they get it right.

The worst food I've ever had. What a disappointment. Nothing like the photos, five fries for five dollars. Hy vee has better turkey. Horrible experience. Save your money
