absolutely delicious. they dont cut corners like most of the BBQ food trucks in the area. it is true smoked meat. none of that liquid smoke. all of the food is amazing. mac and cheese is so creamy, potato salad is top notch, the brisket is out of this world tender and flavorful. the bbq sauce is devine. dont pass up an opportunity to get their food.
Every single time I have BBQ I’m like it’s all the same. Let me tell you Tilley’s Stick Burner BBQ is on a league of its own. I came to Omaha to visit family, and wanted to eat some Bbq. This place was recommended because it was close to where we were staying. It was delicious, and the amount of food for the money was amazing.
