I have ordered several cakes from this place and didn't really have any issues. So this last order I placed went so horrible. I placed an order for Sunday and was told by them to pick up the cake 2pm. They kept calling me, texting me telling me to come and pick up the cake earlier. After I get there they tell me that they are closing and that I was supposed to pick the cake earlier, I told them no because I was told 2pm by them and have proof to show. Then the cake didn't have my daughters name on the cake like I asked. I asked and paid for fresh strawberries, the cake had more cream as filling and few bits of strawberries in it. The ladies were not friendly when I came to pick it up, they gave me attitude and practically said here is your cake and get out. When I tried to call to express my frustration the lady tried to say that person who took the order didn't understand English and then said her bakers finish by 12. Never apologized or anything to make up for the inconvenience. She kept saying what's the problem after I just explained to her the issue. Will NOT be going back and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Doesn’t follow directions at all . Booked on Facebook for a cake and was told that’s not the proper etiquette. Showed her a picture of the cake I wanted & she still didn’t follow through . A complete waste of my money & I just highly do not recommend
