Checked in and was told we had an hour and 6 minute wait so we went to the “common area” where maybe 3 tables had people sitting at them (so not busy at all inside), sat at a high top table and proceeded to have at least 6 servers/bartenders stare at us and never come over so we had to go up to the bar for any type of service that was still beyond slow. Margarita is pre mixed and was so thick and syrupy and the Ultra draw was so stale. We waited about an hour and 45 minutes, no text. Went to the check in station and was rudely told to “wait for a text!” Went back to the table and waited another half an hour and went back and found out they put in the wrong phone number! We finally got into a bay after waiting for 2 hours and 40 minutes. We had a server check on us maybe 3 times the entire 2 1/2 hours we were golfing. The golf and games were a good time and we had our own fun luckily but the service is beyond horrible! Oh, and note to anyone who orders a drink with the craft ice, I witnessed 4 different workers grab the ice out of the small countertop freezer with their bare hands every time 🤢
We love to go hit some balls and play some of the games when we have the time. Love the 50% off Mon-Thur. My youngest son wanted to come here for his birthday! Jesse did a good job taking care of us.

Fun, but very expensive. We didn’t order food. Some drinks were unreasonably expensive (ex. Old Fashioned), some reasonable (Margarita). What left us with a bad experience is we were not allowed to use a $50 gift card that we purchased at a chartable event. There were no restrictions on the card the manager or her manager could point to. We were told we couldn't use it at an 'event', but the manager could not explain what an event was. Or why our outing was considered an ‘event’. Or when we could use the card. This was just my family playing topgolf. I have no respect for an organization that gives out gift cards to scam customers into using their facilities, then not honor them. We spent hundreds of dollars. We will spend our entertainment dollars elsewhere.

This is one of the best activities to do in Omaha. Golfing is one of the fav things to do and this place is perfect for it. I always come where with my family and we were never dissatisfied.
Had a fantastic time this evening. Breanna was an amazing server for our large party. She was so friendly and kind! Brandon (the manager) was also very helpful and turned what could have been a negative experience into an amazing experience! I appreciate both Brandon and Breanna and their dedication to customer service! Thank you for making tonight a great experience! They both went above and beyond!

Top golf is a fun place to go with a group of people. It's a fun atmosphere. The service sucks. Maybe I'm the weirdo who drinks alot of water that is free....but when the guy comes around the first time we order water and other drinks for the group. Those get delivered but then I don't see him for a while. He comes back to take food orders....I ask for another water. The food comes with no drinks. So in track him down and ask for a pitcher of water and I'll refill my glass myself. They don't do pitchers. So I order 10 waters. They take their sweet time getting 10 waters that they come about 10 minutes before our time is up. They need to have a better way of doing things there. Even have several stations to refill water, but that makes too much sense.

UPDATE: Amanda (the onsite manager) was extremely apologetic about the service I received when I called. Turns out calls go to a call center and there is no connection to the local site. She applied my deposit to our game play. We didn’t make a reservation (fear of losing more money) so we did wait a LONG time, but our family had fun and were able to celebrate being together.
PREVIOUS REVIEW (still stands):
The reservation policy is absolutely ridiculous. I made a reservation less than 24 hours ago and made an error. I called to make the change and wanted to charge me $31.95 because it was a "day of" change (I called immediately when they opened and the reservation was in the evening).
This is worse customer service than an airline! I'm so disappointed.
