Me and my friends came here yesterday to celebrate my birthday. It was our first time ever coming and we had the best time ever and the service was great. We will definitely be coming back

It feels like bowling, but with golf. Great food and service; however, the extremely loud music makes it very difficult to have a conversation with anyone in your bay. If there was a way to control the music level in your bay, I would give 5 stars!Edit: Today I wanted to go to Top Golf today for a relaxing date, but then I remembered the music was obnoxiously loud.

This was my first time back to a Topgolf in about 4 years and wow it's gotten expensive. You can plan to spend $150 or more for 2 hours with 1-6 people. If you don't have a membership, it is a $5 charge per person. The buffalo dip appetizer was very good. Our service was a little slower than I would've liked even for a Friday night. The experience was a lot of fun and there are so many games to choose from including an Angry Birds option. (Perfect for kids). They have left handed clubs they can bring out and there are also heaters above each bay in case the weather is chilly, which it was. It's a fun thing to do no matter your golfing level

We showed up and they said it would be a 30min wait. We sat in the general area waiting for the text that the bay is ready. While waiting we noticed that the whole first level was 'closed'. We also noticed all of the tables in the waiting area were dirty from crumbs and split drinks from the previous night. There was an employee outside cleaning tables on the patio, which didn't make much sense considering it's February and it hasn't been nice enough to sit outside in months.I also noticed while waiting that there were multiple employees standing behind the greeting desk, and some walking around doing nothing. After 30min of waiting and no text, I went up to the front desk and asked how much longer our wait would be. They told me 50min. I asked why there were so many open bays and such a long wait.They said that they are short staffed and only half of the second level bays were open today. I found this interesting considering the amount of employees walking around and doing mundane tasks like cleaning outside tables. He also said that they should be getting a wave of employees and will be opening the first level at 10:30. When we looked at the time and realized it was already 10:45 he said 'well I'm not sure what is going on'.This is not the first time that I have walked into this Top Golf with multiple bays open, waited for the presented wait time, and then left without even hitting a ball because the wait time triple the time they said it would be. I used to be able to make a reservation without paying upfront, and without selecting an amount of time. Now they make you pay half up front, and they force you to reserve it for 2 hours. 2 hours is often too long for just two people.I love Top Golf and would like this place to succeed, but I keep getting disappointed by the service and how the place is run. They need to do better in a lot of areas at this Top Golf.

Told me I was too " Belligerent " when I'm the dd. Plus, they think they can say within 10 mins of you hitting. I would NOT recommend coming here. Place I a joke. Because I had a normal conversation with the " waitress," and she thought it was her god givenright to make that decision. Lies, they'll use that against you for talking with human beings. Do not go here. Place is a joke, shame on the staff. Very disappointing, I will never go back. Place is for yuppies
