Ordered a pizza at 3:34pm and it finally arrived at 6:04pm. I had to call the store and get connected with a manager to even get the order. The manager was laid back, disinterested, and said a driver was coming for the order-- I called at 5:30, two hours after ordering, and maybe that was my bad. I was trying to be patient.
The pizza and breadsticks arrived cold, hardened by the heat lamps. My mom said I should've asked for fresh, but honestly, after two hours, I just wanted to be done with it. The breadsticks are greasy as well.
I ordered through the Toppers website, which might have been where I went wrong. I am just gagged that I paid $60 (tip included in that price) for cold pizza two and a half hours after I ordered it.
Manager could've at least thrown in something for free or APOLOGIZED for such a high wait time.
The one time I decide to treat my family. I've ordered from Toppers in the past around midnight-1am and have never had such a problem.

🤦♂️🤦♀️🤦 Look at the garlic knots swimming in oil / butter, thats crazy, they were inedible and sqeezed juice like a sponge 🧽 The cheese burnt on top of the pizza so bad it had no taste and pulled off like a scab and no garlic sauce in the box, even after specifically asking and being assured it was in there, nope, i cant believe ppl eat here or return for this 🙅♂️🤮

Today I bought a pizza at this establishment and the cashier who attended me treated me badly just because my English wasn't like, his or how he wanted it, and besides, pizza tasted disgusting, First and last time I bought at this pizza shop, it is not recommended at all.

Bought a pizza a day before this one, and the pizza looked like shit,didn't look good looked dry and gross(could've been because I ordered a hour before close) forward to today got my pizza remade the staff was friendly but they didn't have hair nets and I found a hair in my kids pizza. Never coming to the company again. Never had anything good to say. Rather would eat taco bell if its gonna make me feel like shit and give me the shits

I bought 2 pizzas and bread sticks. The hamburger pizza was burnt and the bread sticks hard as a brick. I waisted money on this stuff. The kid was supper sweet and that's the only thing good about this place. Ill never be back.

If you're vegan, they have some of the best vegan pizza you'll find in Omaha. Sure, you can get a frozen vegan pizza at the grocery store but they don't hit the same, they're always so thin. Their plant based bread sticks are pretty good too. I wish the restaurant was closer to me so i could get delivery from the restaurant.

I ordered a pizza and wings for delivery and only received my wings. The delivery driver told me I never ordered a pizza??? I called and they told me he left without it and wasn’t coming back. Asked for a refund but have not received it. Have to drive up there the next day and try to get my money back. Don’t waste your time and money on this place!

Worst pizza ever. My first pizza experience after flying into Omaha today. I was tired, my toddler was tired, both of us were hungry, and without transportation. It was late and I had few options for pizza delivery, especially for pizza places that offered a gluten free crust. So I decided to give Toppers a shot (they were rated higher on the food delivery app, not sure why). If I wasn’t starving I wouldn’t have eaten any of it. What is their gluten free crust made from? A tortilla? It’s the thinnest crust I’ve ever seen. And it was hard. Like eating cardboard. If you’re not going to source a decent gluten free pizza crust, why even bother offering one? Just take it off the menu if you’re going to put zero effort into it. This is the best you can do? I can get much a better gluten free pizza from the Costco freezer aisle. Shoot, I’d rather have a Totino’s pizza than a Toppers pizza, if I could eat gluten.
The pizza also had very little sauce, and the sauce was a little tangy, not a lot of depth of flavor. 100% unsatisfying. It would be been more satisfying to light 28 dollar bills on fire. If I could give zero stars I would.
