If you're vegan, they have some of the best vegan pizza you'll find in Omaha. Sure, you can get a frozen vegan pizza at the grocery store but they don't hit the same, they're always so thin. Their plant based bread sticks are pretty good too. I wish the restaurant was closer to me so i could get delivery from the restaurant.

I ordered a pizza and wings for delivery and only received my wings. The delivery driver told me I never ordered a pizza??? I called and they told me he left without it and wasn’t coming back. Asked for a refund but have not received it. Have to drive up there the next day and try to get my money back. Don’t waste your time and money on this place!

Worst pizza ever. My first pizza experience after flying into Omaha today. I was tired, my toddler was tired, both of us were hungry, and without transportation. It was late and I had few options for pizza delivery, especially for pizza places that offered a gluten free crust. So I decided to give Toppers a shot (they were rated higher on the food delivery app, not sure why). If I wasn’t starving I wouldn’t have eaten any of it. What is their gluten free crust made from? A tortilla? It’s the thinnest crust I’ve ever seen. And it was hard. Like eating cardboard. If you’re not going to source a decent gluten free pizza crust, why even bother offering one? Just take it off the menu if you’re going to put zero effort into it. This is the best you can do? I can get much a better gluten free pizza from the Costco freezer aisle. Shoot, I’d rather have a Totino’s pizza than a Toppers pizza, if I could eat gluten.
The pizza also had very little sauce, and the sauce was a little tangy, not a lot of depth of flavor. 100% unsatisfying. It would be been more satisfying to light 28 dollar bills on fire. If I could give zero stars I would.

Did a delivery order and 2 hours later still no pizza. Called to find out 2 times what was going on. They said it was done but waiting for a driver from door dash. It does not say they use doordash to deliver. Tried to cancel my order and they refused. I would give them 0 stars if it would let me.

Great food, definitely eat here, but do not order pizza over the phone from these guys. Your call goes to a call center in India and they have no idea what's going on. They tell you the restaurant is out of ingredients they're not out of and you cannot ask questions because the agents are following a call center script and can't answer unless it is written in the script. They'll get confused and start the script over. I called multiple times. Same results. Pressed the wrong button and went to the new order line and the guy didn't understand what previous order meant. Called back and chose the right option and got the same guy who knew what previous order meant this time. WTF?! 🤷♀️ If you select option 5 it goes to the restaurant. Only select option 5. Their online ordering system is great. Works beautifully. The people there are amazing and super nice. Their food is so amazing, I ordered the pickle pizza so many times that they made it a permanent menu item. It was a temporary item. If they got enough sales they would make it permanent. One night I went in to pick up yet another pickle pizza and the guy behind the counter told me that solely because of how many I ordered they made it a permanent menu item and they were so impressed they brought it up in a company meeting when they announced it was a permanent menu item. Calling them on the phone unless you press option five it's like beating yourself in the face with a brick. Every single other experience with this restaurant has been absolutely amazing. I'm actually waiting on one of their pizzas to be delivered now and I'm excited. Eat here.

My wife and I ordered from here for the first time and while the food was good it could be improved. We ordered a pizza with the hot honey drizzle... drizzle being the keyword. Our pizza was drenched in this sauce making it almost unbearable to eat. We each had one slice of pizza. We also ordered the nacho cheese bread sticks, these also came loaded with jalapeños which we had to peel off. We like hot foods but this was too excessive.

The pizza used to be good here but you're better off at the gas station or making one from Walmart. The pizzas this place serves nowadays is a disgrace to what it once was. Spend your hard earned money somewhere that actually cares about serving something quality, even if it costs a dollar more it's worth it with how subpar, disappointing and disgustingly greasy this place is. 🤢 Make sure you don't work the next day
I ordered ahead for a scheduled delivery and the pizza showed up an hour and 15 minutes late. The food was delicious when it finally arrived, but the late delivery made for a very disappointing start to a birthday party with 20 hungry guests. And during that entire time, not once did the app update its estimated delivery window, so we had no idea when to expect it to arrive. If you need your pizza by a specific time, I recommend going with somewhere else.

I’ve ordered from here several times and have never had a single issues. Until tonight. I ordered on the app and when the app said my order was ready for pick up the lady working said it’s be another ten minutes. I waited another 30 and it still wasn’t ready. The two working did not acknowledge me or any other customers waiting. Specifically, the lady working tonight was on her CELL PHONE talking away while handling food. She also came to work wearing pajamas. I get its food service but no one should wear pjs to work. OR BE TALKING ON THE PHONE WHILE HANDLING FOOD.
RIDICULOUS. will not be eating here again.

As a delivery driver I understand the feelings of having products go missing with the dishonest drivers and customers. However, I do not enjoy being treated poorly because of the actions of others..
Now, as a customer.. the diced pepperoni is the best thing ever!!
Also, FIX YOUR DOOR.. it's annoying that it is STILL broken after all this time!!
