Placed a delivery thin crust mushroom pizza order and the pizza came cold and burnt. We were so disappointed because we heard good things about this place but this pizza was not edible. With as many pizza places in Omaha, this one is not it!
We had the mushroom pizza delivered and it came burnt and cold. It was very crunchy like a burnt chip or cracker. I heard good things about this pizza place and I was excited to try it. We hardly get food delivered because it is expensive. Spent over $40 on a large thin crust pizza and it was not edible. With as many pizza places in Omaha, this place is not it.
I ordered a door dash order for my dad who is traveling from Colorado and the app input the wrong I address I called the store who then called me back when the dasher arrived and allowed us to talk so I could make sure they had the right address, absolutely amazing service. I appreciate the kindness and understanding that is extremely hard to find now a days. I wish I know who I spoke too cause they deserve a raise!
For a place called Toppers they sure af screw you on toppings! I ordered the mac and cheese with Buffalo chicken pizza got 1 piece of chicken on each slice. First and last time trying this joke of a pizza shop.
The lady taking orders couldn't be bothered to get off her phone face timing someone. Customer service can go a long way in keeping customers.
Horrible experience. Hazel was the only person there, we waited an hour for our order and it was dead inside. Gave us an update on our order 40 min in saying it was almost done, then 10 min later saying this location didn't have our order. I confirmed it was this location, and she gave me my order that was ready 15 min prior to checking with me. Awful experience, never going here again.
Oh also, 2 of the 4 pizzas were BURNT TO A CRISP. Seriously?
Ordered delivery and it never showed up. Called twice to ask where it is, but it routes you to a call center in India where they read from a script and are unable to actually track or cancel your order. They forward the call to the local store, and the guy working stoned out of his mind, “Your order? Uh, it’s been baking for an hour. But it just got picked it up. But if I can’t figure out how to cancel then I’ll call you back.”
Ordered a 1 1/2 pound order of wings. Received 13 wings. Less than what they list for a pound. Also left off toppings on my pizza. I don't know what it is with this location. But no exaggeration, EVERY single time I have ordered here something is wrong. It shouldn't be this difficult guys.
I met topper in New York in 1988 in the subway. He was singing karaoke. I joined in and we sang Billy Joel songs for about 3 hours. He told her was going to open a chain if pizza restaurants. He taught me how to count cards.
I ordered online for a new hire lunch. They waited 10 minutes after processing to cancel my order by email. I called in and asked why and they said they didn't cancel anything to reorder it. I said I didn't want to be charged or risk my employee not getting lunch and she got smart and replied it was a wifi issue and they don't show it canceled. I have my email and we were trying to give then a shot to provide lunches for our work get together. $65 for 2 pizzas and breadsticks delivered and they did not want the business. Do not recommend.

Just not my kind of place. Reminds me of Pizza Hut at best. You like bread, cheese and sause, this is your place.
Waited 40 minutes longer than I should have to get my medium pizza and bread sticks in a restaurant that had no one other than myself waiting. Staff is young and was socializing with what seemed to be their friends at a table while they ate their own pizzas. Used to love Toppers but won't be back.

I placed an order, it never showed up. I tried calling 20-30 times, no answer. The next day, the manager said he would issue the refund, no refund was ever credited to my account. I ended up having the call the franchise manager for Omaha and still have no received a refund for the order and am still unable to have anyone at this store pick up the phone. Perhaps the worst customer service I have ever attempted to receive. This toppers location has so far effectively stolen nearly $80 from me.
UPDATE: Still have not received a refund for my order that never arrived. The store hung up on me when I asked for a manager as counter employees are not able to create refunds. Extremely unprofessional.
