Doordashers are private contractors who do not work for you Bubba, they are not required to follow any special instructions for you, they dont have to wear dasher uniforms or bring a hot bag, to anyone who dashes here, if you get denied over hotbag doordash will cancel and give you half pay and it only takes about 3 mins, much better deal, you dont have to deliver and their food sits, win for you, loss for toppers, their food takes much longer to get delivered if you do this, dont let anyone interfere with your rights, you pay taxes and run your own buisness, contract stated is between you and doordash, NOT TOPPERS OR THE CUSTOMER, ignore em, i do and i keep getting paid just for showing up, no lie, see pic š¤š¤£ Doordash themselves say when the order is cancelled, the store does not get paid š Also i do use a hot bag, i just dont like taking it into the store and holding it for 10 mins, keep it in the car, and thats ok

I loved the place, we had a toppers in Minnesota but this one blew my mind with the service. it was shockingly fast for 5 pizzas and they were damn good too. the only bad thing that happened was a missing topping on one of the pizzas, but otherwise, it was very delicious. the place has many choices to pick from including non-dairy. if you plan to get pizzas from here, try dinning in because inside is just wonderful. it has a nice and cozy feel to it. i am going to miss it

Fantastic macaroni and cheese pizza! We actually haven't had a bad pizza from Toppers. Delivery or pick-up, they have Fantastic pizza's. The crust is chewy but flavorful and the toppings are high quality š the pizza's are a little more one the pricey side but you get what you pay for. š

Very upsetting to me, and I also work in food service. This is something that just makes me NOT want to come back! 114th and West Dodge location. I have to repeatedly say to her āthank youā āthank youā til she finally said āhave a good nightāā¦..

Originally placed an order at 10pm on uber eats for a pizza and cheesy bread sticks. Order came at estimated time of 10:45 but the driver only had cheesy breadsticks and said thatās all that he was given from Toppers. I called a few minutes later to see if they had forgotten it and they did, they said āyep we still have it here, Iāll send some one out now should be there by 11:15 pm.ā At 11:50 the delivery showed up and gave me a box and walked away, it was a box of wings. Called back, was put on hold until sometime after midnight, I explained the situation and his only offer was a refund instead of trying to deliver another pizza. I get it, shit happens but messed up my order twice and some guy didnāt get his wings. I would avoid this location.

I called into this place and they told me there was only one in Omaha.. I get there and I went to the wrong one, So apparently thereās more than one locationā¦ Then I try to get the 599 deal Which shouldāve came to about 12 bucks.. But the total was $31. .. Then the girl was rude, and her manager was even more rude.. I have the advertisement sitting all over the place, but they would not give me the deal. Said I had to be a valued member or something.. But it said nothing like that on the advertisement. Anyway, Itās obvious they use affirmative of action, And not the best employees. But from experience, their pizzas are excellent.

Where do I begin? 1. Stood inside waiting to be helped for 5 minutes before anyone even asked if I could be helped. 2. I ordered a medium and had to wait 15 minutes to get the pizza which ended up being a small. 3. I had to wait 20 more minutes before I got the correct size pizza only AFTER they asked me to pay the difference which I then stated I paid the correct amount. 4. Got the pizza and home went to eat it and the pizza is RAW! The crust isnāt even cooked.
Absolutely terrible service and terrible pizza. I am so so disappointed with this experience.

Placed a delivery thin crust mushroom pizza order and the pizza came cold and burnt. We were so disappointed because we heard good things about this place but this pizza was not edible. With as many pizza places in Omaha, this one is not it!
We had the mushroom pizza delivered and it came burnt and cold. It was very crunchy like a burnt chip or cracker. I heard good things about this pizza place and I was excited to try it. We hardly get food delivered because it is expensive. Spent over $40 on a large thin crust pizza and it was not edible. With as many pizza places in Omaha, this place is not it.

I ordered a door dash order for my dad who is traveling from Colorado and the app input the wrong I address I called the store who then called me back when the dasher arrived and allowed us to talk so I could make sure they had the right address, absolutely amazing service. I appreciate the kindness and understanding that is extremely hard to find now a days. I wish I know who I spoke too cause they deserve a raise!

Horrible experience. Hazel was the only person there, we waited an hour for our order and it was dead inside. Gave us an update on our order 40 min in saying it was almost done, then 10 min later saying this location didn't have our order. I confirmed it was this location, and she gave me my order that was ready 15 min prior to checking with me. Awful experience, never going here again.
Oh also, 2 of the 4 pizzas were BURNT TO A CRISP. Seriously?
