Ordered carry out curbside pickup. Waited over an hour after the time quoted and still didn’t get my order. Politely asked to cancel my order and received attitude from the store manager like she expected me to wait longer. Will never go back.

ordered at 8. the page said it went in the oven. then stayed there for over a hr. we called to just make sure everything was in order. the guy who answered didn't know about the order. then put my wife on hold for 10 mins. she just hung up. then called back and the same thing happened again....she hung up. she called back for a third time and asked for a manager and wanted to cancel and refund the order. she was again put on hold for 15 mins so she hung up. we get a text at 10 saying that the door dash driver has our order. it showed up and its the wrong order and we could tell by the coldness of it and look of it. that it clearly been just sitting there. I would not recommend this place but the cheese sticks weren't horrible.

Anthony the night manage has the worst customer service ever. Paid 73 dollars for a delivery and never got it. Had to go pick up myself and still came with now dipping suace after waiting atleast another hour. Called and he/she had the nerve to tell me to come get it and was not going to take anything off for the delivery fee or the tip. Definatley not store manager material. Place sucks!

Friday 3/1/2024 was an absolute mess with only one person working in the store when I went to pick up my pizza. I ordered 30 min in advance through the app and when I arrived I was told there would be a 50 minute wait u til my pizza was ready. Seems like the management has some staffing issues at this location and probably should address that before making one person try to run the whole store on a Friday night by themselves.
Late night crew will intentionally put mild sauce on your pizza and pretend like they thought you asked for it. Noticed it’s a habit then the manger will play dumb like they accidently thought your ordered a chicken pizza . How ? When I asked for a half pepperoni half hamburger. Great pizza horrible late night

Former delivery employee here folks! Watch out Where to start with the owners of this establishment lol ? I never met. So your gonna tell me over $175 of wages owed you would rather pay ? $500 state fine to dol.or pay they guy who worked and quit! 15 hours bruh! So here what’s I’ll do I’ll go down today and file a $175 lawsuit with $40 out of my pocket and time to fight back because I want to see you now in court now or a lawyer lol ? so as for working here pizza wasn’t good at all. Who and the heck eats mac and cheese pizza lol ? heart clogging non sense. See you soon ?hopefully I’ll get to take my vacation soon and come back hungry like a wolf ?

i went for a interview and they said i was hired told me to just wait for a call 2 weeks go by and no call, i called up there on monday and the new manager said she’d give me a call tuesday to tell me my hours and i still haven’t gotten a call.

Stumbled onto this place looking for a bit to eat after a long meeting nearby. The place looked closed. There were signs falling down in the window. Went to the door and expected it to be locked. It was empty and the staff of two looked bored. It was 245pm though. Being from Ny I'm picky about pizza. This is the best pizza I have had since moving here in 2007. Great flavor, perfect crust, reasonable price. Note to staff if you didn't look closed, you might be busy.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes a wheel chair would be easy in and out
