I came here at 845 and the worker had all her friends there and ofcourse she tells me they are closing in 15 minutes and couldn’t make me a simple smoothie and as I leave there all laughing what a shame as I just moved into the area and was excited too try this place looks like I won’t be coming here again

I submitted a catering order 2.5 days before it was to be picked up. When I arrived at 7:45am, my scheduled time, I was chastised for not calling the day before to make sure they would have enough staff on-hand to help make the order. They only had one staff member, so my order was not ready on time. I didn't realize it was my job to make sure they had enough staffing, especially when it was not a last-minute order. We will find someplace else for orders like this in the future.

Acai Berry Smoothie with protein is the way to go!
arrived in the drive thru at 8:40 and there was no response, went inside to order and they were beyond rude and clearly annoyed we were here and talking nasty the entire time.
Ordered delivery. Items missing. Wouldn't redeliver and said could not refund. Informed only manager could refund, and could not tell us when manager would return. Had to drive into store ourselves to get sandwich, negating the point of delivery. Wouldn't even agree to refund cost of sandwich after driving into store. Sure, it's a small amount of money but the service and accountability was subpar. We were also told over the phone that workers have no control over what delivery drivers grab. Not sure what this meant?

Literally. . The majority of their service is rude. Most of the teens very nice. If you want a simple chocolate protein smoothie acts like they don't know what it is. I have gotten this several times and this time she literally told him she wouldn't do it. Not cool. It's not that hard or uncommon to ask for a chocolate protein smoothie. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤬🤬

My daughter enjoyed her first Açaí bowl from Tropical Smoothie & it was a winner!!! It’s sometimes tough to get her to eat fruit but she finished the bowl in one sitting. I tried the new carmelized pineapple smoothie-very tasty & filling!

First time having this place as I am not a local.THREE CHEESE CHICKEN 'DILLA very good. could use some more bacon on it but overall it's good. very good sauce on the side. love the kick to it.
