Such a smart idea and nothing else like it in town. It was pretty quiet when we went around 1:30 on a Saturday. They had the Nebraska game playing and a bar for a great hangout session to take family or friends. There's also a bar with cocktails, NA drinks, and liquor/beer to order. We're pretty sure the person who owns the establishment was in the bar area and he was super kind and friendly. The lobster roll and the chicken tenders were delicious. The Connecticut role could have used more butter but otherwise a great ratio of lobster meat and a perfectly toasted roll. The chicken tenders were gluten free with nashville hot seasoning. The fries were crispy and the ranch was to die for. Both were served in about 5 minutes and we cannot wait to go back to try the others foods!

Visited when it was rather cold out, but they have heaters and blankets that you can use to keep you warm. The variety of food trucks is a wonderful pairing with the bar available. Some of the food trucks have a longer wait time for the food, so calling ahead might be a good idea. Others are pretty quick, I just recommend looking at what trucks are open and picking out something ahead of time. There is also a seating area on the grass nearby, but I'm guessing that option won't be as popular in the colder season. If the cold turns you off, most of them trucks also offer a take out option, which is nice. I don't think the bar offers to go options, but I didn't ask.Parking: It's an old sonic building, so there is plenty of parking around the place.Kid-friendliness: There are games and blankets available to keep warm and entertained while you wait for your food.

Nice collection of food trucks in a former Sonic Drive-In. They have a bar. Perfect for when the weather is nice.

I love this idea! Our group went to lunch here, had drinks and food. It was excellent. I wish we had one of these in Sioux Falls.

The Food is amazing. The mixed drinks are good but overpriced. The pitcher that claims to serve 4-5 only filled 3 glasses and is more of an ice filled carafe than a pitcher. The bathroom was out of toilet paper and could use an update.Parking: There are not enough parking spots. The grassy area on the side should be paved to allow to transitions to whichever events or parking.

Izzy's Pizza bus was finally open while I was there and it was worth it. Prepare to wait for the pie to finish (ours was just under an hour) but grab a beer and watch a game on the TV. Another must is the Scotch Egg at the Dire Lion and wife loves the Maine Lobster Roll at 3 Kids Lobster.Prices are reasonable and atmosphere is great! Worth the trip!!!

I was craving a Connecticut style lobster roll (I don't do mayo) and happened to be passing Trucks and Taps. Three Kids Lobster was a beacon in the rain.It was my second time getting food from the truck. Last time it took... a while and my food was cold when I got it (to be fair, a ton of people were ordering and plenty were ahead of me). This time the more wasn't a crowd so I got my food quickly. Everything was fine- the lobster roll hit the sport. The lobster boil was a little disappointing. The seasoning I expected was lacking. I remember seafood/lobster boils back in Maine and CT being a little more flavorful.I quite like Trucks and Taps. The outdoor patio feel is relaxing. I've only been when it's been chilly out and they always have heaters on. The trivia night I stumbled upon my first time was a nice surprise. I haven't taken advantage of the "taps" part, but next time I go I will go with friends so I can.

A little disappointed that there was only one food truck serving when we showed up but the atmosphere is great and when more trucks are serving I’m sure its fantastic. The drinks served from the bar sound delicious as well.

If you’re looking for a chill place unlike anything else in town, this is it. Turn on the TVs and keep the music rolling. That’s my only customer feedback. Other than that, this place is absolutely awesome. Great use of an old Sonic drive through that they converted into something I have never seen in Nebraska. It feels very Austin, TX to me. I will 10/10 be back here.

Lots of food trucks with tons of variety. I managed to please even my picky kids. They make it so easy. Can't beat three kids lobster and modern waffle for brunch.

I'm working in town . Have heard good things about this place . I went on a Sunday so one truck was open, but that was expected on a Sunday . I had the three kids lobster truck . Food was alright the lobster sandwich didn't really have flavor for the price was really lacking in my opinion.

We absolutely love going to Trucks and Taps. The food is always on point. While we miss the Big Green Q, all of their trucks are delicious and the bar is always quick and makes great cocktails! We love their seasonal drinks!

If you love the adventure of food trucks you have to try this place. The night we went it was 3 kids Lobster & The Modern Waffle, The Red Lion - (english food), New Orleans Authentic Snowballs, and Izzy's Pizza Bus along with a full, permanent bar. We sampled from different trucks. It was delicious. Even though it was busy we found a table and they keep the place clean.
