Wish I could have enjoyed this place. We went today at 4:00 and it wasn't open. No sign on the door.
Then went to Meadow Lark. Talked to 2 other people who tried to go their too 10 minutes before us. If you aren't gonna be open, just throw a sign on the door.
If you aren't going to open Mondays from now on, just update your hours on Google.:)
I have visited True American with some regularity since they opened and have always had a good experience. The menu has diverse and innovative cocktail offerings and the staff are great. I'm convinced the negative reviews are trolls sent by competing local dives.

Interesting drinks and a cool atmosphere. Really like the patio as a way to step away from the noise. Will definitely be back!

We stopped in right at open for a drink before an event we were attending. My wife wanted the espresso martini, she said it was great maybe the best in town especially if you’re looking for that coffee kick and flavor. I had an old fashioned which was made properly and had the big single ice cube which always is a plus. Bartenders were friendly. Definitely will be back with friends in the evenings.

New Girl fans will love the nod to the show but everyone will love the style, atmosphere and fresh and inventive drinks! Super cute mid century vibes! I tried three different drinks and all were incredible! JFK, FDR!
