Tupelo was a great restaurant to experience during our visit to Omaha. The food was excellent and the staff was very good and attentive. I highly recommend it if you are in the area.

Food: not as flavorful as I had hoped. I wish the waffles were crispier. The hot honey chicken tasted like it was just plain breaded chicken with hot honey on top. Goat cheese grits were good. Mac & Cheese waffles was just a waffle with Mac on it which also lacked flavor. Service: the restaurant was about half full and it took an hour to get 5 meals. I had to ask for the server at least twice as she was not checking on us and no where to be seen. Ambiance: Very cute interior....

Such a great experience! All the food was fabulous, but especially the fried chicken, mac & cheese, and cheesy grits. It has such a cute vibe and we enjoyed dining there before going to a show at the Orpheum.
