Food is what you expect. But the wait is terrible. There’s 4 screens to order on and 2 windows for pick-up. Still takes 30-45min of standing and waiting even on a day when it’s not all that busy at all. Very inefficient system.

The only thing the Omaha Zoo doesn't do exceptionally is the food experience. Please consider taking some lessons from Disney or other zoos on how to take care of guests in these situations. The price, food quality, and service/wait times are just not acceptable for a zoo of this caliber. (Not to mention just complete misses on caring about gluten sensitivities at all)

You have to stand in a huge line just to order, that is expected right? Whats not expected is now you get to start all over waiting in a line to pick up your food! You order from a machine, that isn’t user friendly to get started but once you figure out how to begin to make an order then its easy many of us struggled to get to that point however! Need a few more options as well basically if your kid doesnt want hot dog or hamburger they dont offer chicken nuggets plain they come covered in a spicy asian sauce- could you possibly get just the nuggets - we will never know because you dont get to TALK TO ANYONE until your second long wait line to pick up what you ordered from a machine!

Okay the place to eat at the zoo. Limited food choices, but outdoor seating which you can see the animals while you eat. Also place for inside eating and

Did not have everything that was advertised on the menu but what I ended up getting was pretty good.

When you're starving you'll eat anything but it was ok for over priced park food.

Amazing little place to stop and eat. Whether you buy something there like the GIANT elephant ear pretzel ( definitely share size ) or eat what you brought from home, it's a great shady spot to rest and eat.

Wheelchair accessibility: Their is plenty of open space to maneuver wheelchairs or wagons around.

Food is good, but the lines are ridiculous! The self ordering kiosk lines are long. Then you have to get in another line to get your food!! This is NOT efficient! Was much faster when you just told the person at the window your order & they gave you your food!!

Kiosk ordering and they hand you what you ordered. Decent food but it's a little spendy and it'll all part of your donation to the zoo.

The saddest and most expensive food you can probably buy at the zoo. We all know food is wicked expensive at these sorts of places, but almost $10 for a concession stand burger, $5 for a medium drink (no option for large), and fries are a separate $5?I love a good concession stand burger, but these ones aren't. It isn't helped by the fact that with the line length, they make a bunch of burgers at a time and they sit getting stale. I'd recommend trying somewhere else in the zoo- or bringing your own lunch!

Would highly recommend bringing your own food to the zoo. Tusker Grill is a 1/5 review. Spent $80 for stale bread and cold, soggy, unsalted fries. One member of our group ordered a $5 small fountain pop. They said they were out of straws. When I could see a bucket of straws inside and asked for one of those, they said we had to pay for the $10 drink to get a straw. Highly unpleasant experience. The pretzel was good and can feed 3-4 people as advertized.
