So, it appears that this restaurant has seen better times. We just had dinner tonight and I got to say that it’s just better to close your restaurant than serve such awful examples of food.
We are staying in council Bluffs for the weekend and had an exhausting day. So, we decided to door dash some food. We were craving a good burger. We are so happy we picked Upstream! THE BEST burger we have had in a very long time.
Great food, great choices of drinks, great atmosphere and great staff! My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with our son and our server (can't recall her name) was fantastic! We'll definitely be back!
