We ordered a pizza. Something was off when my kids didn't eat it. I called them and they said they'd make another. Same thing. It had a sour taste. Wasted $35 and threw it away.

Placed an order in the morning to be picked up at 5:10 pm for three large pizzas. Nothing huge, just wanted to make sure it was ready on time because we were hosting a get together to celebrate my wife’s graduation. Showed up exactly on time and were told it would be about 5 minutes. It took 30 minutes after we showed up because they forgot our pizza. Made us late to our own event. Mistakes happen but there needs to be a level of ownership and an effort to make things right. No effort was made. They didn’t move our order to the front or try and offer anything to make up for it. If I’m spending over $80 on pizza I expect better service.

My family loves the pizza, lasagna, and breadsticks. Glad this location is here. This location has a great lunch buffet if you’re ever in the area. I do miss the all you can eat buffet for dinner however as I get older I don’t need all that food anyway. But it’s nice to be able to grab a bite to eat and always be reminded of great memories from my childhood and growing up! Who remembers the tag line Valentiono’s we didn’t stop at pizza we didn’t stop at pizza that’s for sure! 💗💗💗

Was going to call them but when I spoke to someone earlier about our order they sounded swamped. Even still, forgetting to add mushrooms I paid for to our pizza and also forgetting my blue cheese for my wings sauce is kind of annoying... Specially cause I love mushrooms and was expecting them... Other than that, haven't eaten yet but looks and smells good. Did try a wedge and they are delicious!

They accidentally got our order mixed up but they were very fast and friendly about getting us the correct pizza. This was our first time to Omaha and the pizza was incredible. Will order again!

Ordered Buffalo chicken pizza with no blue cheese from Valentino’s directly. Sooo much blue cheese and no buffalo sauce. Waste of money. Going in trash instantly. Horrible.
