I live just down the street from this location. I use to frequent this location often. In the past it was fantastic service! This evening hardly anyone in the restaurant got seated, waited exactly 10 minutes and in those 10 minutes not one waiter or waitress approached our table. Not sure if it has new management but I’m incredibly disappointed.

I love this Village Inn. Our server was great! This was the second time that I have been here in the last 3 days. I love the manager in the evening ,he's very conscientious and pleasant to talk with. I actually know him from the Village Inn that closed on 45th and Dodge Street. The food is always good here and well prepared in a timely manner. The restaurant is very clean and the bathrooms are also very clean. I will definitely be coming back, repeatedly!!

We went to Village Inn on 72nd St in Omaha and got right in and had good service. While we were eating 3 groups of people were turned away saying it would be over a half hour wait. When we left 11 of 32 tables were occupied. The next night my brother in law had a group and stopped there and got the same story and left. We had relatives at the Hospital across the street and this is very convenient place to eat. Village Inn is one of our favorites but this seems like a poor way to do business.

Absolutely fantastic. All my food was hot. I'm not saying warm. I'm saying exceptionally hot. I eat breakfast (OUT) every day. This was the best breakfast I've had in years.

It had been awhile since I've been to a Village Inn, the 1st time at this location. I ordered the VIB breakfast and it was pretty good. Restaurant was clean and the server was friendly

Sad to see some villiage inn locations closing due to bankruptcy because the food is great

Todd is terrible host. Ten tables open and at least five groups waiting to be seated. He runs around back and forth on each side instead of seeing to customers. There is staff to take care of take out orders and he’s messing with that. Running around and folding silver while two boxes are all ready made up, and again people are sitting and waiting. One of the customers is handicapped, another has small children and he still makes them wait while ten tables are open. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Village Inn. Todd should be retrained or fired.
Good food would be easier if the ham and cheese skillet was in the computers lol the chicken noodle soup lifted my mom's spirits

Order chicken fry steak/eggs gravy was like warm not hot and hash browns tasted like old grease

Popped into this restaurant after a draining cross country flight. It was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. The price of our meals was appropriate, too.
