Food was good.

Great service and very friendly! The food price is ok and as expected $15-$20 generally. I went for breakfast. There are some deals such as the VIP for breakfasts. As well as build your own options for omelettes. The silk and mirage pies are $5.50 a slice and an entire pie is about $17. Now a cheesecake is $7 a slice and $35 a pie approximately. I know it's harder to sell by the slice and I shouldn't be surprised but yet here we are.

Not enough staff to even be seated, there were open tables. We left

Haven’t been here in a while, and this reminded me why. I had a pick up order for the double decker club and fries. Yes, it should be toasted but NOT rock hard to the point it couldn’t be eaten. It was inedible. Couldn’t even bite through pieces of it. Had to remove all the inedible pieces and was left with 1/3 of the sandwich.
You could tell just by feeling it that it wasn’t right and the person who made the sandwich had to have noticed. I will definitely be choosing somewhere else to spend my money if this is the quality of food that they serve these days.

Taking my review down is crazy, servers should be nicer. Every restaurant has different payment and it would’ve been nice if my server wasn’t mean about it because the receipt they hand you at first doesn’t have a tip option and I wanted to tip.

This was my favourite breakfast chain near my house but they did over-burned the hash browns. The server did not ask in advance but he did notice it when brought it out. Not professionally he took a whole plate inside then brought out the exact (but flipping) piece. The size overall is the same but quality is not.

It was the best breakfast I've had in a long time.

Visited on Thanksgiving. Seated but no waiter came to our table. Table next to us had water but no food after about a 20 minute wait. Heard argument in kitchen area. Hostess saw that we had not received water and waited on us. She was unfamiliar with the menu and insisted that my 1/2 sandwich, cup of soup order should be two half sandwiches which wasn't what I wanted. I had to argue with her and insist that my choice was appropriate.
At the end of the day we were rushed because they were preparing to close. My daughter didn't get the pecan pie that she wanted. The couple next to us were offered their meal for free. We didn't get that offer.
