Village Inn Reviews
Went there tonight. Waited 5 minutes before anyone even greeted us. That should have been our clue to leave. Got our food and the waitress didn’t bring the toast out with our meal. The cheese on the skillet wasn’t even melted. Got the toast and it didn’t even look like it had even been toasted. Asked for different toast and it took over 5 minutes to get it. Went to check out our newly-remodeled VI tonight. It was so disappointing to see the serving sizes were half as big, and the prices were 30% higher than previously. The Village Inn offers excellent service with a friendly and helpful staff. The food remains delicious, with customers able to enjoy a free slice of pie on Wednesdays, including the popular cherry flavor. The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere and is wheelchair accessible, making it a must-visit spot for amazing food and service.
The waitstaff is attentive, with one customer noting that their waitress was "the most conscious" and accommodated dietary restrictions by holding the salt on the potatoes and making pancakes with fruit. The restaurant's updated brand maintains the classic fast breakfast food experience, though some customers have noticed smaller portions at a higher price. The fresh-squeezed orange juice, however, is a highlight.
Overall, the Village Inn provides a clean, white atmosphere with marble tabletops, creating a pleasant dining experience. Customers can expect great service, delicious food, and the opportunity to enjoy a slice of their favorite pie.
