Village Inn is always our go to place. Staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good, prices were average. It's a cozy and friendly restaurant.
Just a great diner

The food and menu selection were not great. Village Inn used to have such a big selection and big portions. I'm sad this isn't the case anymore. Our portions of food were so small today and the quality was not the greatest either. We got cinammon roll pancakes with a side of eggs and sausage and then an omelet with hashbrowns. When the food got brought out it looked like a kids meal. The hashbrowns were very sad looking and burnt at the top (not just crispy). I loved Village Inn as a cheaper alternative for breakfast than other breakfast places around by where we live. I will say that the service was great. Our server was very attentive and friendly and so was the host. I hope their food/menu gets back to what it once was.

This is the nicest place on 180th off Center. The most conscious waitress attended to us today. She held the salt on the potatoes. Everything was delicious! The marble table top and white atmosphere felt so clean. It is by far the best Village Inn I have ever experienced.
Dietary restrictions: She held the salt on diced potatoes and made the pancakes with fruit

Went to pick up pies. Per email, was told to text a number and they will bring out pies. After 20 min wait, no one responded to text message, went in and got pies. If not going to bring out pies, take that direction off the email and let the customer know to come in to pick up order.

Uncomfortable chairs. Wrong food brought out. Guessing it was just the wrong plate. Slow to get basic things like box and check. Mostly just the lack of comfortable chairs drives it down to below avg
I used to work here. They touch your food with unwashed hands. Don't eat here.
Great service! Good food!

Was told it was a 10 minute wait. That turned into 30 minutes. I tried to order chocolate chip pancakes for my daughter off the adult menu because she eats more than kids menu she it twelve. We have never had any problems doing this at 108th and L street location. But some how at this location its not possible you would have thought we were trying to launch a rocket to the moon. I mean you have pancakes 2 different sizes and you have chocolate chips. The waitress was rude and honestly not to bright. So we just left what a joke.

There was one waitress for two tables and then one greeter that would hand you the menu. She definitely write out the food and brought you a drink and was receptive to anything asked of her my food was cold I was never asked how my food tasted ranch and I could have made a big stink about it but I just figured you know they probably have a tough day if I would have saw the greeter or a manager or anybody else would have but I wanted to tip her fairly
