Went to pick up pies. Per email, was told to text a number and they will bring out pies. After 20 min wait, no one responded to text message, went in and got pies. If not going to bring out pies, take that direction off the email and let the customer know to come in to pick up order.

Village Inn used to be our go to when the kids were younger, but as each update to the premises completes the quality of the food seems to go down. The menu gets smaller, portions reduce in size, quality drops and the coffee is now just hot brown water!
The service is always good, the staff are attentive and helpful.
We are no longer regular customers and will probably not go again for some time, if ever.
