Been twice and both were great experiences. Highly recommend the cheesy garlic bread.

The service was not quite as great as we had hoped but it wasn't horrible. The atmosphere was great - very busy but nice. The food was so good!!! And prices were very reasonable. We'll definitely go back!!!

Tl:dr. Cooks here previously worked at Hillcrest living facilities and it shows.
Auto 5 star for atmosphere because it's a doprdash we ordered.
Food was inconsistent with temperature, one item was stone cold while another was piping hot. Not the driver's issue with time or transport.
Food portions are large sure.... but everything tastes so bland! The only flavor I was experiencing was a sausage I had in my dish that came preformed I am sure. I didn't want to cook, but the sauces could have been made better on my stove. I love myself and put it into my food, perhaps these cooks are experiencing a poor work environment and thusly cook with contempt. I know we live in the midwest and flavor outside of meat is a sterotype. I wish this restaurant didn't perpetuate that since Omaha does have other great food.
Assuming cost before DD markup... this was wayyyy to much money.
They even forgot my Tiramisu... maybe that was for the best
Go to Cheesecake Factory instead.

Food was great. Must try items - garlic cheese bread and house salad.
We did an alfredo pasta and that was decent too.

The service was great but the food was not up to the mark. The food felt like there was no taste in it at all. It was very mild. The place was huge.

Had been wanting to try this place for some time. The reviews were mostly good and the good reviews were great. We arrived at about 4:30 and were seated immediately. Our server came and got our drink order. He never introduced himself or had a name tag so not sure who he was. We ordered calamari as an app and it was 7/10. Not much flavor and the side of marinara was 3 x what you would need. Bigger portion of the calamari would be great. Breading was light and cook was good. Next came our salads, not much going on there. Average iceberg with a tomato slice and cucumber slice. The Caesar dressing had no flavor like none at all and was super thick. Portion size was pretty small.
My son and I both ordered the Cavatappi with grilled chicken. It was okay. Nothing special and portion was normal. Chicken was cooked well and juicy although the grill marks reminded me of a pre grilled piece of meat. Hopefully it was fresh and not frozen. Husband got a seafood pasta. He said flavor was okay. He was hungry so he finished it. Bread that was served seamed like a brown and serve roll. No fresh parm or cracked pepper. Total bill including 3 meals and two pops was $87 before tip. Food was not worth $30 per person. Especially when I started feeling ill by the time I got home.

Honestly I was pleased with the staff at this restaurant and the vibe. The food was disappointing. We ordered the fried ravioli for our appetizer and the spinach dip. The fried ravioli was alright but there was hardly any dip spread on the bread. It felt like they were trying to get away with not putting on as much to save a buck. For the entree we ordered the meat ravioli and the Big vinny combo. The ravioli tasted like you bought it frozen from a grocery store. The combo was alright the only thing that I could say was ABOVE average was the chicken in the fettuccine. Other than that, everything else tasted like it was frozen and they heated it up. As someone who's gone to a lot of authentic Italian restaurants across the US this was a huge disappointment for the price we paid. If you're looking for authentic Italian this isn't it.

Made a reservation for a birthday dinner. No mention of policy of charge per person of bringing in dessert. We didn't need plates or a cake cut and still would be charged $2 pp for me hanging out a cupcake. Also, no mention of their own cake slice with candle offer at end of dinner. I should have asked specific questions. Then, we specified breakdown of checks when we ordered, but still had one bill at the end. It was separated when asked. Everyone had a great meal, but the toasted ravioli was way overcooked, hard and dry. The crab and artichoke appy had no flavor. Natalie was a pretty good serve over all.
Went the Monday after Mother’s Day. Ordered fried ravioli appetizer which looked and tasted like a product from Costco freezer section. The salad dressing was good but the lettuce not fresh. The daily “special’ was carbonara. It was tasteless with peas which looked left over from yesterday. The consistency was on the dry side, not creamy. Unimpressive. The menu has gone up in price and my favorite, chicken Soto, is now $26! With your new prices your competition is Dante’s and Biaggi’s. I will go there where I know the food will be fresh and reliably good. We have been long time diners at Vincenzo’s. This trip was extremely disappointing.
Food and service were terrible, then waitress proceeded to try and lie about losing our ticket
I dream of Chicken soto
