This place is absolutely not worth the money and if you make any sort of complaint the owner/pizza maker will call you out and say you’re wrong and it’s not pizza for you. Sending you very off-the-wall emails when you simply asking for an exchange or a refund since you had the original pizza and did not like

Got a pep slice at the window. Peaked inside while I was waiting for my slice to crisp up, and it looked like a pretty relaxed place.

The slice was cooked well with crispy bottom crust and an edge of pillowy yet chewy crust kissed with a slight char. There were small, cupped pepperoni just toasted on the ends with a few having an extra crisp blackened rim.

The sauce was spread thin enough to taste without sogging the dough it sat on.
Cheese melted, not too greasy (for pizza), and gave just the right amount of funk.

I would absolutely be back to support local, but I do take some issue with $7.67 before tip for a slice. Taking size, flavor, uniqueness and experience into account, that's a pricey slice.

Do I know any of the staff personally? No. Do they make me feel like family every time I come in? Yes!

Virtuoso is one of my favorite pizza places, I'm constantly craving a slice. I can't remember the name of my favorite pizza, but it's the one with jalapeno bacon. It is such a treat coming in here, it's a real Omaha staple.

Best pizza in omaha, could go toe to toe with any place in the country.

We come to Omaha once a year (From CO) to visit family and friends and Virtuoso has been recommend every time. This place did not disappoint.

We parked about a block down and came strolling up, (in sweats, we were in between walking our pups and needed some food) a nice gentleman asked if we were coming in and opened the door for us. Mind you, he thanked us for coming in. He proceeded to explain everything to us on how the restaurant works. Never felt overwhelmed and was super pumped to get some food from here. We had a lady reaffirming what he said and we made our desicions. I wouldn’t usually describe my every moment with a restaurant but this was such a great experience, before I even ordered, that people need to know the customer service is impeccable. Anyone who says otherwise is lying or they’re just miserable humans. The golden rule applies every where. Turns out both humans who helped us were owners. Amazing.

We ordered a Bianca and Midwest Best slice, also a regular Italian Beef. Food was absolutely amazing. The lemon-agave, pesto was incredible as well.

Between food and service, I will make sure this is a usual stop every time I’m in Omaha. I’m skipping seeing the in-laws to hit this place up first.

Note: this is my first review of Omaha restaurants. We come every year. This was the most outstanding restaurant we have been to yet. We’ve been to some great places, but you can’t beat great service.

Most small restaurants have a general vibe. It’s local, you have facts, you have menus-you have staff with limited knowledge. It’s good but never great.

This restaurant exceeded anything I could have asked for or wanted. You are, quite literally, greeted by the owner. He explains the menu and gives recommendations. He and his staff talk to you like you are extended family coming home for the holidays.

The food is beyond anything I could have asked for. Lemon Pesto on the Bianca with a side of balsamic-what?? My girl at the restaurant hooked that UP! It was so delicious! My fiance had the Italian beef and we shared two slices of pizza. When you hope for local food, this place and the food is what you imagine.

I wish six stars were an option, because I would choose that!

I am a Nebraska native, and we come back once a year for family and visiting. This place is step two. First step is seeing my mother, second step is coming here to see David and his amazing crew!

If you want food, go anywhere else. If you want amazing food, come here.

Really fun brewery! Food was pretty good and they were tons of options. There is lots of cocktails and beers to choose from so I can’t wait to go back and try some more.

It's good pizza and we were happy with it. A bit burnt, which is hard to avoid with this type of pizza but it got in the way of enjoyment a bit.

First time in and everyone made us feel at home. Fantastic pizza with interesting but familiar toppings and great crust; marvelous Italian beef sandwiches; and stellar cannoli. You can tell they use quality ingredients and pour some love into their food. Plus the staff are pretty darn cool.
