My daughter wanted an Acai bowl and we decided to try this place out. I dropped my wife and daughter off to order. I went to another food establishment to get the remaining family dinner, I was gone about 10 minutes. When I returned, my wife and daughter had not got their food and nor had their order been started. There were four people working with no one else in the store. When my wife asked where their food was, the person behind the counter did not recognize her as someone who had ordered something. Once the workers stated the order will be started, it took another 5 - 10 minutes to get the order. This establishment offers other more complicated items for purchase. If an Acai bowl, that only needs extra fruit and topping added takes 20 - 30 minutes to prepare, I would not want to order other items. The bowl was okay, but due to the poor service I would not recommend. Maybe ordering ahead online would have expedited the order. No one was in the place and I would not want to experience this if I had a short lunch.

Both of the bowels that I had were very good, and I love that there is a wide variety to choose from. I can even customize and remove ingredients that I don't want.

Normally I love vitality bowls. I’ve always had great encounters with the staff and foods usually tasty. My boyfriend and I went a couple days ago and both our bowls weren’t full. Mine lacked at least a 1/4 of the bowl!!! Plenty of fruit toppings on both of ours, so can’t complain there, but there was barely anything to the actual bowl. I only had taken one bite out of it before I snapped the photo. I wasn’t able to do anything bc it was a to-go order (we were 20 minutes from the place when I finally opened mine up). It’s hard to continue to pay $15 for this stuff when sometimes I get cheated out of it, but this time was enough to finally speak up about it. If you do go, I recommend getting a salad or something to prevent this.

Service was incredibly slow. One of the three people working was sick running back and forth to the restroom and when we asked for a refund instead of getting our food and bowls it took a phone call to the manager and 30 additional minutes. Understaffed - zero management.

This is a new stop for us and we love it. Pricey but worth the quality of the ingredients.

My teenaged daughter and I picked Vitality Bowl for a Saturday morning breakfast. The Super Food Bowl and Vitality Bowl took a bit to be made, pricey even, but after the 10 minute wait, it was worth the dine in. I am not sure if it truly is our healthiest eating option- but the fruit and honey seemed like the best energy giving option for a productive day. Parking outside the door.

I thought of trying something healthy and this has become my favorite place. They have so many options

I usually go here after my runs for a nice recovery meal. Today I ordered a superfoods bowl and it was not good. Most of it was the granola that they put in. The frozen blended part was missing a lot of ingredients and there was barely any of that until he bowl. Not sure if I’ll be back.

Açaí bowls-“the heart & soul of Vitality Bowls”. . .their “pride & joy”-are my recommendation. I appreciate that ingredients are all listed out. Sadly, this transparency caused me to see that, unfortunately, the vast majority of their açaí bowls are topped with honey and/or bee pollen. However, since all items are made fresh to order, simply order your bowl of choice “NO bee pollen/honey” then enjoy your nutritious, delicious, & guilt-free treat. Enjoy a bowl any time of day, as dessert or even a snack between meals. As for savory options, I believe the PB & Chia Jam Toast and Vitality Wrap are vegan as-is, but I'd still ask to verify. Disregarding the kids menu, vegetarian items that could be made vegan upon request include the avocado/hummus toasts (w/o Feta) and the veggie panini (w/o pesto or Mozzarella). I have yet to eat a meal here, but am happy to know I have options. Also to my surprise and excitement, this Vitality Bowls location has a full-on coffee bar, serving nitro cold brew & kombucha on tap as well as hot, organic coffee/tea/espresso/“superfood” drinks, which can be made with almond or coconut milk. Multiple drinks on this menu piqued my curiosity, so I will be back.
