The servers and cooks are all awesome, but it's things like the booths coming unattached from their frames, etc. And in the six years I've been coming here, sadly I think this is the last time. The food just isn't worth the prices to me anymore. The taste is okayish, and the presentation is lacking. I recommend the Churro Spot as an alternative for amazing tacos.
These are definitely American style tacos, not necessarily Mexican style. I can tell they use American shredded cheese, not cotija. They use a chopped coleslaw style cabbage, and a spicy mayo on some tacos. Ground beef is not traditional either but fun for the Texas taco. An onion, cilantro, or pickled radish would be a nice addition. The beans need to be drained as the juice may leak into your taco tray. Bathroom needs a deep clean. Nice service and atmosphere. Was visiting Omaha and decided to stop in here for lunch. I love Mexican food so I decided to try it. It was mid. I ordered the fish tacos with the side of rice and black beans. First I asked if I could mix and match the tacos Because I wanted one pork and one fish and they said that was not allowed. That's fine I guess.
