It was pretty and the workers were nice but the pizza tasted like a newborns baby blowout.

I've been coming to LA for the last 5 years.and recently moved here permanently from Worcester, Ma, 5 months ago! This is by far the best pizza I've had. We wanted to try the Brooklyn Square but they were sold out by 6:30 pm. Order early if you want this one.

We had two pies, the meat lovers and a half cheese and half hot honey pepperoni. They were both the bomb. Can't wait to order again, THIS IS MY PIZZA SPOT NOW!!

Very simple over priced pizza, nothing new...
Other than that if pizza is what you into this your spot, great for kids.🥰
Don't expect it to be 5 star meal. Simple simple meal.😵

I will only recommend this spot to anyone who only likes Pizza and pizza only. LoL.🫨

It was the worst pizza I've had there. No pizza sauce on my hamburger mushroom on December 15. If there was a number, I would have called.☹️

Food was alright, nothing special but not bad. Customer service could use some help. Girl at the counter made a face when we ordered a whole pie as if it was an inconvenience.

Really good pizza!

Pizza isn’t bad but the employees are rude. I’ve been here 2x and the tall man with reddish blonde hair gets irritated if you ask a question and when my pizza was finished he damn near threw my plate at me across the counter, I said thank you and there was no response from him so I turned back around and yelled thank you and still no response. I also ate at Clever Greens today and was overcharged. I know Westroads’s wanted to give their food court a trendy face lift and use local restaurants but I feel the old food court was better atleast you knew what you were getting at the employees knew what customer service was.

I love a slice of pizza like the next guy but something at this pizza joint has left me distraught and distracted and thus unable to enjoy my slice. The sign behind the counter says “we are all a little weird” and it’s disturbing me. First of all, why not spell it as “We’re all a little weird” ? It sounds so much more natural. I’m just very confused. The word “We’re” pairs with “weird” a whole lot more than “we are” please change this. I will be telling all of my coworkers at doctor johns about this. And if they’re ever hungry, not to look behind the counter to save themselves the nauseating sight of that unholy sign.

Customer service is non existent anymore! my pizza wasn’t cooked all the way, and I get it mistakes happen. I asked the female with a long ponytail to cook it some more. What dose she do roll her eyes. I asked for my money back because if she doesn’t want to help me then I will go somewhere else. As her manager is helping get my money back she roles her eyes again. If you read through the reviews you can see there are several complaints with this women.

First time reviewer - that's how terrible this places customer service has become. The young woman with a black ponytail working did not say a single word, was rolling her eyes, severely undercooked my pizza when I specifically asked the opposite (pizza's typically cold), didn't initially want to bag my order, tried handing me an empty bag, and finally she managed to fling my order into a bag.. This place used to be OK, but things seem to be going downhill. Safe to say I won't be going back.
