I ordered the biggie bag jr bacon cheeseburger, and cheese, bacon potatoe. I ask for my sandwich for meat to be well done. It was pink. My baked potato had hair in it😡. The food was horrible. I will never eat there again

I have been here before and if you go inside.
The customer service is absolutely horrible. The food comes out cold. It seems like everyone that works there has no idea what they're doing and this place is absolutely dirty. I think the restaurant should be closed. Or everyone there should be fired and it needs to be cleaned and a whole new crew that needs to be cleaned and a whole new crew that know what they're doing and actually care

This is a great place for chilli and a decent baked potato-far superior in quality to the D&M’s and the service is cordial, efficient, and kind. This has been my recent experience. Their price is reasonable. Not too crowded.

Vegetarian options: Great chilli, baked potato, chicken nuggets

Stopped in with my sister for lunch today. While we trying to order someone approached the person taking our order and began a conversation about picking up hours.
The person taking our order got a bit confused and ended up telling that individual to allow him to finish our order.
The drink machine was our next stop. It was out of non sweet tea, non sweet fanta and a few other choices. Once our food arrived it was less than good. I ordered the Asiago Chicken Sandwich. Cheese was dry and unrelated and the bacon was broken up into small pieces.
On the left is the one I got. On the right is what is advertised.
Today was the first time I have been to Wendy's in years. Will be the last for a long time again.

People understand if you have to close early, but you need to turn off your lights or put up a sigh instead of having people waste time sitting in front of your restaurant. I pulled up at 11:40pm, plenty of time before closing. Get some professionals who give half a care about customers in this place.

I'm sitting at the 43rd & Dodge location as I write this. It's not very busy with customers at present but the Team is steady busy. Cleaning, prepping, cleaning more, asking what else can be done, getting excited about promotional materials...so fun and motivating to encounter.

The chili...is always awesome. Today was extra, maybe because I was craving. I don't know. So glad I stopped in for a pick me up snack with this Crew.

I appreciate all of you, keep it up and thank you!!! 11/10!!!

I've been a fan of wendys for years but I can't help but notice their buns always crack and or peel..... never have I gotten a nice fresh bun

This specific location, I never get any good customer services. Tried giving them a chance again tonight so I placed a mobile order and it went through cause it says the close at midnight right? I went to the drive through around 10pm and was sitting and sitting there (the lights were on and everything) and no one responded so I went to park my car and attempt to go inside. Door is locked. I’m not mad about that some businesses close the lobby early. I attempt to go to the drive through again, still no answers. I pull up at the window and I see a guy worker just bend over the counter on his phone the whole time while I wait. He finally sees me and doesn’t even open the window to tell me they’re closed. I’m sitting in my car confused and I pointed my screen with the mobile order at him and he finally opens the window to tell me they’re closed. Again, some business decides to close early (in this case basically a whole 2 hours early). So I told him why didn’t you guys put a sign up? A piece of paper and ink to write a simple note that says ‘closed’ would be awesomeeeeee
no nuggies for me damn đŸ˜Ș

I completely understand mistakes happening in food service, especially when it’s busy. I’ve worked in food service myself and know it can be stressful, but this was absolutely unacceptable. My friend and I went to this Wendy’s around 8:30, it was completely empty and now I know why. I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and she ordered a Dave’s single. The man taking our order continuously cut us off and didn’t let us place two separate orders with no reason. We got our food and I was missing TWO nuggets, which normally I wouldn’t mind. But then my friend opened her “single” and it was a spicy chicken sandwich. We paid over $20 for these meals and we didn’t a receipt. Never coming back here again, get better employees.

I can’t give a good rating for food or atmosphere because when I got there to place an order, the only thing they were taking were DoorDash and online orders. I couldn’t even place an order at 7 o’clock and it says online that they’re open till midnight if their hours are changed, they haven’t fixed anything online and that’s pretty poor when somebody comes to order something and they can’t even get anything. It was the restaurant on W. Dodge Rd.

Stood in line but decided not to order. It felt super dirty at this store
the parking lot was full of trash and the inside area behind the counter was the same. Fries and lids all over the floor. The lack of attention to cleanliness made us decide to visit a different location.

Just left here with two meals with two lemonades one was for my son after drinking he was throwing up in tasted it and it tasted off then the employees were laughing a lil to hard while making eye contact thru the drive thru window it find it odd
