I've come here multiple times in the last 2 months and nothing changes. The quality of the food is good but in the Drive-Thru no matter how many cars there are it takes around 10 minutes just for someone to put in their order and then another 10 or 15 minutes to receive their order and whoever runs the drive-thru doesn't even have the courtesy to tell the next person it's going to be a few minutes or even say anything at all they just let you sit there hoping somebody will say can I take your order and then 30 minutes later hopefully you've placed your order and have received your food which is not always the case. Now I can see why almost all of the Wendy's in Omaha have closed and this is very disappointing cuz I always like Wendy's

Don’t go here after 7PM! Placed a mobile order (which went thru cause google says it closes at 11). Only to show up and have no service. Upon speaking to a previous manager - the GM simply will not close, will not fix the google hours, and will not help their staff members. As a customer who was angry at the staff, it helped to realize it’s actually trashy management instead. My heart goes out to the employees and all they have to deal with cause of this. Do better wendys management. You’re leaving your assistant managers and employees out to dry.

Waited over 25 minutes in the drive thru (I had a mobile order, prepaid & all) for them to serve me cold food with half of MY order missing. Glad I’m the person that paid for it & doesn’t get to eat & has to watch everyone else eat. You’d think after waiting over 25 minutes that they would double check that it was correct. & yeah that’s what I thought so I didn’t think I’d need to & was in a hurry to feed my kids.

Parking: You will definitely either not get served or not leave with all the food you ordered every time. Also expect to be waiting there for 15-20 minutes after ordering.

Says they're open until 11pm. Got here right before 10. Voicebox says," Sorry, we are closed...." yet lights are on in back but dining room closed down, cars chillin' on the other side parked. Reading past reviews, this must be their norm.

We drove around the front of the building at 9:13pm and the dining room lights were off. So we decided to go through the drive thru. We sat and waited at the call box for 10 minutes. We could see someone inside the building ( I saw them blow a massive cloud of smoke from their vape while we were waiting.) I pulled up the store on Google to double check the hours and it says they're open until 11pm. My fiance decided to call the store and it rang for a LONG time. We decided nuggets weren't worth it. Never going to that location again. This was not the first time we've had poor service.

The worst location...I needed food for a low blood sugar. The employees were playing around, not doing their jobs, and refused to take orders of people waiting in the lobby. Food took over 30mins to get, it came out cold and gross. I will never come back to this ghetto location.

Should have e looked at the reviews before going to this location. It's dirty. The employees where on their phone before taking my order. Food took 35 minutes to get out. If I wanted slow service I'd go to McDonald's. But I'll never be coming back to this dirty location.

Trash everywhere had to clean my own table, there were no napkins, floors dirty. Trash cleans over filling, workers were playing.

I really wish i could give this place a negative star. Let's start with the drive thru service. 20 minutes just to answer a speaker? Ridiculous. I am a delivery driver and has to cancel because I waited that long just to get told their system is down for deliveries? It completely ridiculous. If your having that much issue, close the damn store. Period.

Worst service EVER..Had to wait for our food in forever and then when we got it it was cold and they were missing our drinks...Will not EVER go here again!

Served us a half raw patty on the hamburger and the fries were also undercooked. 2 people who ordered after us were served before us (they had similar orders i.e. hamburgers and fries)

Edit: they gave us a replacement burger and a frosty to make up for it. Also, the dining room is cleaner than most fast food places.
