Would give zero stars... expensive for a fast food burger served cold. I miss Wendy's from the past. The days when they took pride in giving you a hot fresh cheese burger with the cheese melted.

went to get lunch. drive thru lady was unaware of what we were trying to order so told us it was called whatever and when we went to pay it was double the price of what we wanted. went in to simply get it fixed instead the manager lost her temper on us yelling at us. she was aggressive and wouldn’t let us order the food we originally wanted.

I don't know what happened to Wendy's but the last 2 times we have gone there it's been terrible. Dirty dining area, sloppy and subpar food. Hope they get better.

When I pulled up to drive I was told to wait just a moment then preceded to wait 10 minutes. Then when we pulled around from what I saw, there was 3 people in the lobby not doing anything. We were the only costumers there. Absolutely ridiculous, I only needed one thing.

Went thru the drive thru. Told them the coke was out, it tasted terrible, they proceeded to give us coke again. Also, the food was cold. Don't go here

I placed my order at the drive through and then sat at the window for 10 mins waiting for them to take my card. Apparently the drive through worker thought she had already rang me through for some reason. So after she finally opened the window and ran my card, I was given the wrong order. Ok mistakes happen. So I went in to get my correct order, when I encountered the last straw. I didn't come in angry, all I said was "I was given the wrong." The 20 something year old bozo working the register angrily goes "You didn't pull thru so we thought you left. You got us confused." Excuse me!? I sat there waiting for you guys to take my money. None of this was my fault. I placed my order, you guys screwed up on your end. Mistakes happen but don't have the audacity to place them on the customer when there are multiple cogs in this inept machine. The irony is, the only one who was professional during this whole exchange was the girl at the window who made the mistake in the first place. She was very polite and apologetic. Apparently the rest of the crew, thinking I had paid and was just sitting there, thought I was an idiot and clearly acted as such. Nice work guys, way to figure out what's actually going on before reacting 🙄.

The last several times I have visited this location I have been less than impressed. The overall cleanliness of the tables, counters to obtain condiments and bathrooms just look like minimal attention has been given.

Dylan was just working front counter and doing an awesome job at it. Food came out fast so I know the rest of the crew was pushing. I didn't even hardly finish my order and food was being put out for the order. Dylan was happy to help, seriously a 180 on this Wendy's. I used to avoid it it was so bad. But it's definitely fixed

Kid-friendliness: Dylan was also friendly to my daughters, making this all around a great experience.
