This is what your floor looks like right away in the morning. All the tables were sticky and the staff was doing absolutely nothing. That floor and trashcan havent been cleaned in over a week ,easily.

I ordered chili in for some reason it had to go behind the counter and it looked like everybody in the store spit my chili and then it was served to me

Very disappointing visit. Got the 2 JBC 8$ bag plus the Bacon double stack bag. We used to love Wendy's and visited often, but this visit was all-around poor quality. The Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers were okay, but the meat was dry and looked like it had been in a warmer for an extended period of time. The Bacon double stack we received was just a single cheeseburger. I did take it back but all they did was add a couple pieces of Bacon without adding a second patty, couldn't even eat most of it.
Not sure how soon we will bother going back. Sorry Wendy's, just bad food served by a staff that acted like they didn't want to be there.

TERRIBLE WAIT TIMES!!!!!!!! They leave you on hold at the speaker for about 10 min and you would think the food would be fresh, blowing steam with freshness considering the wait times but NOPE! Skip this Wendys if you can it seems like nobody moves anywhere close to fast, my grandma could prepare the food quicker than this! A drive thru at Wendys should not take 15-20 min toFULLY GET THROUGH!

Unfortunately I cant gove no stars but I was just in wendys on l street by the home depot and bunch of lady's came in talking loud and one lady got free cookies without paying for them they need corporate to come back maybe the service be a whole lot better
The gut behind the register spent more time shooting the breeze with the food prep people than he did taking orders inside the place today. I got 2 not even cooked limp greasy fries in my portion, seriously like they were not even half cooked. I told him it was a to go order and he put food on a tray. Lady behind me had to ASK for her reciept. Management needs to step on here and TRAIN your people!,

The dining room is advertised to be open until 10:00pm, but the doors were locked at 9:30pm. I didn't want to eat in my truck, so I had to go somewhere else. One star. Do not recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. I came here for lunch and ordered a junior cheeseburger with pickles and ketchup only. I was given a junior cheeseburger with pickles, ketchup, and some kind of white sauce smeared all over it.
I notified the cashier at the window and showed her. She denied seeing any white sauce. When I pointed at it with my fingers (not hard to do, it was everywhere), she suggested maybe I could just take the top bun off.
I don’t understand why they could not remake it or issue a refund. Seeing I was not going to get any help, I left. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company and filing a chargeback.
