Do not order online! Ordered 2 sandwiches and left a tip online last Wednesday. They took my money and sent me a receipt for pickup. When I arrived the store was closed. I've tried calling and even returning to the store multiple times since but they are not open. I just want my money back.
This is fraud.

We made an online order on Wednesday November 27th. When we went to go pick up our food the store was closed. They charged us for the order and we never received any sort of follow up about them not being open, accepting an order when they were closed and charging us for the order. We have tried calling to get a refund and they don't ever pick up. Just went to the store in person today (12/4/2024) to get our refund and they are closed AGAIN! We just want our money back for the order you didn't fulfill. You can also still put in orders online today even though they are closed. Stop stealing people's money and shut down your website please!!
I purchased my food online Sunday 12/01/24 and the charge was posted to my bank. When I arrived to the store at 4pm, the store was unexpectedly closed. I have tried to contact the store several times with no success. I received no food and was not refunded. Will not be returning to this location. Very poor business practices.
If I could rate this store lower, I would. We showed up at 12 (noon), placed our order on their kiosk, and waited for our sandwiches to be made. After waiting approximately 5-10 minutes, I was told they did not have enough bread to make the order that I had placed and paid for. I proceeded to ask for a refund and was told that it would be 7-10 days before I received my refund. I found this to be totally unacceptable. I will never visit this establishment again and suggest that you do the same.

The owner Patrick is the entire reason the business has been subpar for the past 3-4 years. Sad leadership leads to a sad business
Don't understand the bad reviews but my experience was very good. Staff was friendly... told them it was my first time and Alicia immediately came to help me order at the Kiosk and showed me how to place my order. She is a gem of a person/lady. Way much better than the next door Jimmy Jones. Will visit again. i am a customer for life. Which wich needs to clone Alicia.

The cashier was sitting on her phone while a couple of other people are ordering, and she had the enthusiasm of a frog. I couldn’t figure out how to get the order online so I left
Gnats and flys galore in restaurant due to having doors opened during the day is disgusting and no ac we left instead of eating there and took food home!

Used to taste so good, but touch screens are clunky. My food tasted cold but ordered hot. Overall wasn't tasty. Not a very friendly environment and poorly lit.

My sandwich came drenched in sauce and it seems the employee squeezed it too tight while wrapping it. My fries almost looked translucent. He gave me a ketchup when I asked for ranch and didn’t apologize or seem to even noticed when I came back. To top it off, no napkins in my to-go bag. I don’t normally leave reviews but the quality control at this place has not been good and I think something needs to change if they want to stay in business.
Two stars because th oreo shake was really good. The sandwiches were very small, and not very good. Meatballs in the meatball sub tasted as if they had been cooked earlier, and reheated in a microwave. Husband ordered a turkey bacon ranch sub and it was almost inedible. Bacon was thick cut and mostly fat, and undercooked. Veggies on it we're questionable, and didn't taste like it was of good quality. Can't comment on the turkey because there was only one small thin slice of it on the "large" sandwich.
We will be back for the Oreo shake, but nothing more.

This place has gone downhill so much. You order at a kiosk and never interact with the employees until they call your order. Apparently, you just need to grab your own drink cup and chips/sides because there is literally no direction given. The service was much better when you wrote your order on a paper bag and paid at the register.
I’d be absolutely shocked if this place stays in business. The recent reviews are warranted and the owners response about the profiling incident is rather telling . Not sure what happened but this place is a sad parody of what it used to be.

Sunday afternoon at 2:pm. The store has one customer in the store. We walk in and order 3 sandwiches. It was 38 minutes before we got our food, toppings were not correct on 2 of the sandwiches, French fries were not even stayed when we received our sandwiches. Quality of food is poor. Service is poor. Waste of my time and $30. We will not return or ever recommend this place to anyone.

Had one of the worst sandwiches here ever. Crumbled up, not good quality, and the workers barely spoke to the customers inside the establishment. I wish I didn’t pay 26.00 to just throw it away. Didn’t even get the fries we ordered.
