Horrible place and experience . Very Rude people , we waited an hour for our food , they added ingredients we didn’t even select, the bread was old , the sandwich, it was disgusting, wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. When told them that the food isn’t right, they aggressively started throwing the food away, I said we want a refund , the guy claiming to be the owner got defensive, he was a real jerk about it. Don’t recommend spending your money at that place, nothing superior about it, INFERIOR YES, mediocre food and service.

Ordered a BLT. Worst BLT I've ever had. Wasn't even a BLT. Took two bites, tossed it in the trash. Would have been better off getting a hot dog from Quick Trip.

I so miss the Papillion location, I went there often and I didn’t go out West too frequently but today we made a trip out there just for our Which Wich fix. Everything is digital now, I miss the bags and markers and they don’t have pellet ice anymore which sucks. Our sandwiches and fries were good! $37 for two people is a bit steep but it was a decent amount of food.

Old bread. Barely any meat on the sammiches. I ordered bacon and received "1.50 woth" of bacon BITS. Not even real bacon. $40 for 3 sammiches, never again. The worker called out our sammiches for pick up one at a time, despite them being apart of an order. I won't be returning.

Most disappointing sandwich ever. I ordered their signature sandwich, the wicked. I got home and it was jusr, and not very much of it, and bread. No cheese no vegetables no sauce of any kind just a little bit of meat and some dry bread

Most bland sandwich on the planet... the packet of Hines mustard was the best part. Too bad they only included one packet.
Do not waste your time. Two sandwiches and drinks for $30 and all you will receive is bread with bare minimum meats. If you like paying top dollar for very dry bread and wet lettuce this place is for you.
They scam workers out of pay and fire them when they speak about it. Worst sandwich place you get better flavor with great value ingredients. NEVER COME HEREDietary restrictions: Gluten free bread

We picked up our food & spent $20 for 2 sandwiches that was not that good. The girls working were not friendly and sooo slow. My sandwich was suppose to come with avocado & there wasn't any unfortunately because I was really looking forward to it. My husband got the grinder and his sandwich lacked a lot of meat & was dry. Last time we came in my bread had mold on it. We won't be back for awhile. It used to be great.

Some of the staff that work here act extremely bizarre. They wouldn’t walk one second to bring my sandwich to the other side of the counter were I was waiting and asked me several times to sit down. Very strange and off putting behavior.

Pick up order was sort of a disaster. Without going into details of the wait, confusion, and missed parts of the order, I think they are understaffed. The two people working seemed to be keeping a frenetic pace. A third set of hands/eyes/ears would go a long way to stabilize the experience, especially during the lunch hour. A lot is being asked of a crew of only two.Atmosphere wise I can't, there isn't much seating, the air is filled with fry grease, and that seems to coat the floor and tables.Food-wise the ingredients seemed good, fresh. And they were applied in good relative proportions.

First and last time. One sandwich was so bland I tasted nothing but pickles, and other literally tasted like nothing. The one guy was rude when we asked where the cups were and all the tea/soda tasted sour.Also really dark and dirty looking inside.
