If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m a nurse and had an order delivered to the hospital I work at. I ordered boneless wings, and got bone in by the time I discovered this they were closed . I submitted a survey , but I just want a refund. I’ve been on hold at the store for an hour with no answer.

The WORST location in Omaha in regards to food quality and customer service. We’ve had MANY experiences where directions weren’t followed with wanting extra seasoning, sauce on the side, etc. If they have a deal going on, expect your food to not be fresh but reheated, and sometimes burnt, in oil. I’ve had the worst experience as a customer dining in and even picking up so I don’t have incur the hassle. They are just rude. It’s a busy location which is understandable but not at the expense of a customers hard earned dollar. We all gotta work hard. If you don’t like your job, don’t work in the field you are. The soda machine is shared with the cooks so they can get orders bagged so it’s impossible to get in to get a drink or even a refill without waiting until you can hopefully get in. I’ve tried communicating the issues before going to this extent but they never get back to you as I’m sure they have plenty of complaints. I’d waste the extra time to go to the Blondo location or West Omaha locations.
Pictures of food burnt in reheated oil so it wasn’t even edible. Fries were supposed to be extra seasoned and was not. They also were cold like it was fries they mass made and just scooped out of bowl they toss fries in over having fries somewhat hot. I always tip the cooks decently and am done as not even tipping them will put a pep in the food being more fresh or done correctly.
Parking: Horrible HORRIBLE parking as it’s right at a busy entrance with very little parking available.

This place is an absolute nightmare every time I have gone there, wait times are outrageous and the service is comically bad. I have no idea how they are still in business. It's not even just this location, the one in South Omaha and on Blondo have a similar experience but this one takes the cake. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Came in at 11:06 on 12/27/2024... They were not ready to open. Had to wait for people to clock in and open registers. The employees where cussing and fooling around. While I waited I had a hard time standing as my feet started sliding open on the insanely greasy floor! I paid $22.57 and gave $22.75 in cash, the drawers didnt have the money and the girl asked someone to open their dawer and it didnt have money, i told her to just keep it so i didnt have to wait bc i was slidding so bad and then was not given a receipt. I ordered the Boneless meal deal with two sauces and a drink and an extra ranch. I was not given my drink cup and had to ask for it, all while sliding trying to get to the fountain machine. I also asked where the trash can was and was told they do not have one.. a trash can was slid to me from the back and then taken back into the back. As I waited for my food I heard an order being taken on the phone with the WORST attitude and sarcasm, she then hung the phone up and continued to complain about the person on the phone while cussing and all! I'm appalled at the "cleanliness" and how unprepared they were, also while I am a very laid-back person the attitude and cussing was the most unprofessional I've ever seen in an open environment. Also, I did say to a young man walking out of the door "your guys's floors are so slick" and his response was "I know right!"...

The last 4 times I’ve ordered from this restaurant I have checked in for my order. Been told it will be a couple minutes. Then wait 15-20 minutes. When I do get my order I notice every single time it has been sitting on the rack done for at least 10 minutes. No call out to my name or any attempt to give me the food when it is done. Ever time I have to remind them I’m still there waiting. At this point I’m not even sure why I go back. Same results. Soggy fries and cold food after waiting.

WHERE IS THE SEASONING? I had to wait 15 min over the time they were supposed to be done and when I get home, no freacking seasoning. WTH? The restaurant was not even busy!!!! 😡👎🏽 ALWAYS check your orders from this location. I only got a "sorry" for the extra time and got flavorless wings.
We didn’t look at the food we were given until we got home from running errands. They for some reason got our order wrong and we didn’t realize until we got home that our order was wrong 2 hours later pretty big disappointment. They gave us regular wings when the order was boneless and our fries were not in another bag or small box like the chicken they were in a cardboard boat in the top of the bag uncovered. An honorable mention for the cigarette butts on a table along with the trash all over several tables at the restaurant it was pretty gross inside the store front I personally wouldn’t ever eat at this location again. simply do not spend money at this dump it’s disgusting.

Went to this place with family for the first time.
1. The staff helping us with the order was fine. 2. Restaurant could use some room freshener, the floor was slippery though I was wearing an air max 3. Toilet was nice and big but does need some fresheners in the toilet. 4. Dining tables were not cleaned still could see seasoning and crumbs on the table 5. No trash can inside the restaurant 6. We ordered 15 piece boneless wings (Lemon Pepper & hot honey) and fries. 7. Wings was oily, Lemon Pepper was too salty. Hot Honey did not have any flavor to it and was way too oily.. 8. Not worth the wait time 25 mins for this order 9. I am still hopeful that there are flavors that may be good so not cancelling this place from my list.. 10. Wingstop has a lot of potential to become the McD of wings if they want to.. Looking forward to my next trip to taste some other flavors.

Arrived at the location when the order was suppose to be complete. Spoke to two different register workers within the first 15 minutes of arrival. Was then told my ticket wasn’t there, I showed them the receipt, they then proceeded to walk away and avoid me for 10 minutes. At this point this is frustrating. 25 minutes behind and I am under the impression they don’t have a ticket even up there. I asked again and they brought a manager over. She looked at her computer for 5 minutes then I asked, can you just make the food it’s a sandwich and a 4pc tender and two orders of fries. She came back 5 minutes later and said they’d cook it soon. I stood around for another 15 minutes. Got asked my name again and told them for the fourth time. It had been sitting on the rack. The fries were terrible and cold. Not crispy as requested on the regular fries. Chicken tenders were cold. Chicken sandwich was alright but nothing great. Was my first experience as a wing stop customer, I will not be returning. I don’t expect my food to be perfectly on time, but I think 15 minutes over is fair. Not an hour. And then the food is worse than BK. Disappointing.
