Food is great when they manage to get the order right... if you want dipping sauce, you better check your bag before you leave they only get it in there about 20% of the time

Someone took my order and when i asked them to remake it they basically just said “sorry no” even after i said id pay to have it remade. they told me they were “too busy” to remake MY ORDER. that was taken by someone else. Disappointed.

The lady in the front didn’t look nice wasn’t friendly I placed my order and it was hair wrapped up in my voodoo fries she didn’t even look like she cared either i got my refund though and make sure to double check your order i ordered have and half and was pretty sure that it wasn’t 10 and 10

I ordered 35 wings last night, the family deal that comes with vegetables sticks. I really love mixing vegetables with ny meal. I picked up the order and when I got home, the vegetables were not there. I called the store to let them know, and the answer I received is " sir, you can come back to pi k them up OR we will give a 1$ credit on your next purchase". That really upsets me because I live 10 minutes away. I asked to speak to a manager, and the manager was worse than the employee, I really doubt if she was a manager. As a customer, I was very frustrated, for no fault of mine, I need to drive for 20 minutes to get my vegetables, lost my appetite, and had to deal with a manager with attitude. The only thing the store can do for me is giving me $1. They didn't even apologize for their mistake. I used to be a regular custimer but I will never buy from this location again

we ordered 20 wings but only got 15 of one flavor and not the other 5 of a different flavor. when we called they hung up and didn't answer the phone after 3 times of calling. i am very disappointed and will never order from this location again.

My food was really cold after getting right at my scheduled pick up time, I ordered a self serve drink and the fountain machine was out of strawberry Fanta. It would be more understandable if this occurred at a busy time but it was right when they opened at like 11:30 and just says poor planning. I’ve never ordered brownies from Wingstop that were disgusting until today but I was definitely given something at least a day old or more because that was nasty and I threw it away. I’ll check out the other locations next time instead.

Wings were almost sauce less (and they weren’t wings with a dry rub) - very very disappointed - didn’t even taste like they usually do. I go here often and have never received wings this dry before

January 2nd 2025 is the date of incident. What happened to the wings? You all started using chickens right out of the egg? Those was the smallest wings to date. And prices went up 3 dollars. Voodoo fries soggy. Extremely dissapointed.

Yall really gotta double check orders. Had two combo meals with ranch and I also ordered a large ranch which is $6 and I didn't get any ranch at all. And I'm not making an extra trip just to get sauce. Shit is frustrating when you pay money and don't get what you ordered. Do better

This location sucks. Ordered online for delivery and it didn’t get delivered when it came to trying to get it fixed was getting the run around. Left me on hold for an hour when trying to get a refund. Never ordering from here again.

I made an online order, get there, and they tell me that they’re out of fries. I ask if I can AT LEAST do a 5 piece boneless for the inconvenience of my 10 wing combo that has no fries. They said no, with 10 of them back there talking and laughing, only corn. Didn’t look at my receipt to see that I did upgrades on the fries or anything. They then offer to do a refund on the fries at a later date, but didn’t give me any recipt saying that. They didn’t even ask for my name, so I knew it was a lie. This is NOT a reflection on Nancy, who wasn’t there. I’m positive she would’ve fixed it. But this is a disgrace. Out of 15 years of coming to Wing Stop, I’ve always had other locations go above and beyond if something went wrong.

Wings are great, ranch is great. But customer service is always awful, long wait everytime I call, long wait everytime I get there to wait for food, and pretty pricey for wings. Also, Google indicates there is no wait but they have said there is a 35 minute wait and I have now waited 40 minutes with no end in sight.

So many call-in orders ( which is wonderful for the business ) it took 35 minutes for an order of 6 wings. It was delicious tho and worth the wait.
