So I called at 11:30 PM and they kept me on hold for 6 minutes. Then pick on the call and tell me that they it’s too late to too long for them to cook wings even they close at 12:00. I could’ve ordered at 11:30 but I feel they kept me on hold to give me and excuse to tell me not enough time to pick up a carry out order!! I told them I will leave a Google review and they changed their toon when I told them that and I would call tomorrow to talk to their manager. I hung up horrible service don’t advertise they close at 12 and then put me on hold and then tell me 30 minutes before closing time it would take too long!!

Food was good, waited over 45 min for an order placed ahead on the app. Pick up time was set for 6:15, didn’t get our food until 7:00. People coming in 30 minutes after us received their food within 5 minutes. Lady working was high as a kite and asked one of the younger workers if he wanted to fight after asking about someone’s order. People were asking for refunds because of the wait . Wouldn’t recommend going here.

Tried to call in an order and the lady asked my for my number and not a problem she needed it repeated so I slowly gave the number again then she asked if I could hold a min o OK sure ... 2 sec later she pops back on asking how can I help u I said I need to place an order ..... she again asked for my number I said I had already given it to her 2 times. I am normally really chill n understanding but for reall then she going to ask my name I don't have a hard name at all n she took a few moments and asked how to spell that.... sorry for real. This location always so dodgy anyways in the past this just makes it not worth it when my order has been messed up here more than once in the past. Her speech was slow and lagging.... just saying being stoned or whatever sounding .... probably won't ever come back

Foods delicious but people at the front don’t acknowledge you i waited an hour for food when they said it would be a 20 minute wait. finally went up and said something and im sure my bag was sitting back there for atleast 15 minutes and they never called my name. Accidentally left the bag on the top of my car and didn’t notice till i was home which was my fault but i reordered for delivery and after waiting 2 hours for someone to pick up my food they cancelled my order. No one here knows how to run a restaurant.

I love Wingstop, but would never recommend this location. My daughter and I were in town and ordered some food for delivery - took almost an hour and half to get our food, and when we did it was cold and it wasn't even our order. Called back to have them correct it and they said it would be another hour+ for a fixed order. I said no thanks, just refund me please. They said the refund was issued and it would take 3-5 days for it to process. We are currently on day 10 and I still don't have my refund. I have called numerous times, always being told "I'll have my manager call you back" and never get a call back. I'd recommend any other location or wing place over this one.

This was our first time to this location and unfortunately, we had some big issues. We arrived about the time our order should have been ready and someone greeted us and asked my name. They didn't say anything back, but given their body language our order wasn't ready yet so we took a seat in the waiting area by the counter, we were waiting patiently and gave them the benefit of the doubt. After waiting approx 20 minutes, I checked back in... Wouldn't you know it our food was ready and sitting there on the shelf. They brought it to us and we took it home, the bags were damp from steam and tearing at the tape. This food has been sitting for a long, long time. We got home and had to reheat everything. Too much food for one round in the air fryer, so a lot of it had to go through the microwave, which doesn't make for great wings. More than that, this food was parked squarely in the danger zone from a food safety standpoint.

The food here is awesome, the chicken is always cooked fresh, alot of flavors, and the fries are some of the best I have ever eaten before. I went here with my friends and the worker was extremely nice and even gave us free fries and drinks! The whole restaurant fes so nice, they always have someone cleaning the tables and chairs and have large tvs showing the best sports on, and one TV has funny videos for the kids and the music is always a nice pick. If you want chicken and a amazing time go to Wingstop!

Love the voodoo fries and the boneless wings with ranch are great!
My husband and I decided last minute to dine-in here on a Tuesday at lunch time. No one else was eating, but our quote was 20-25 mins for 10 bone-in wings and a regular Voodoo fry.
They don't allow water cups, so we had to buy $1 water bottles. This was a bummer.
As we sat and waited, we read the other reviews and started feeling regretful about our lunch decision.
But! Our food was ready early AND the quality was AMAZING!!! We had recently tried Wings and Rings and Copps, and these were far superior to both of those!! Best wings we've had in years tbh! And the voodoo fry was equally delicious!
We made sure to thank the team on our way out. We will definitely be back! I hope the team can get on a better streak, because they are definitely capable of knocking it out of the park! ?❤️ Well done!!
