Im a truck driver. Ordered 20 wings online, walked 2 miles to pick them up. Got back to my truck and noticed they only gave me half of my order. Just as much my fault as theirs for not checking the order.Lower review because they "can't so anything about it"When I worked wingstop as a manager 5 years ago, it was easy to reimburse a portion of the bill from a hand out screw up. I guess times changed.

Will take your money and then tell you you never order from their location, I love wingstop food but this location and the employees really do need some training. This is not the first time but it will be the last I will not order from this location again even when it is the closest one to me.

I've driven Wingstop many, many times. Finally decided to try this place. I was not disappointed. I ordered online and picked up on my way home. The wings were done on time and were freshly made. The staff was friendly snd efficient. Stop in for some good wings!Wheelchair accessibility: A long ramp for wheelchair use.
Food was atleast hot... tasted like it was cooked in old oil. Walked in ordered waited 20 mins for our food. Which wasn't a lot. Every table was dirty and it wasn't even busy!

They don't have boneless wings anymore. Always put on hold for over 5 minutes at a time.
i always like to order Wingstop but today it's different, the chicken was raw and watery so I call the store manager I told him the chicken was raw and it's not what I am use eat. he keep telling that's not raw so I send him picture of the chicken and his trying to convince me it not, how are you going to tell someone who like to eat chicken more than anything that their chicken is good when it's not cooked well. he doesn't know how to talk his customer and bad management.

I'd never been to this location before. They have a door facing the main street. It was locked. No sign on it. Had to walk around the building to find the unlocked back door. A sign would have been helpful.There was food and debris all over the floor in the kitchen and cash register area. Makes me wonder about food quality and sanitation.
