These wings were the worst wings I have ever had this was the first time I tried wings top and probably the last time got the wings and they were sitting in red water leaking in the bag. The texture was like they were boiled in the water in the To go container. If you like wings in a red water have at it wish I didn't waste my money on 20 wings.May be the racoon will like them! With the added sauce and delivery 40.00

I ordered delivery from this location and I waited over 30 minutes just for it to be cancelled. I have called this place what felt like a billion times and all Iāve gotten that a mail box is full. Iām now unable to get my refund and am now robbed of $25. Do not order from this place.

My food was cold and I had missing food items and my drinks. Called to complain and they refused me to speak to a manager and refused her name.
The customer service here is super bad. I highly don't recommend this place. I was picking up my order and was not greeted at all. A few mins later of waiting to be helped, a couple walks in and I told her I was next and she ignored me and gave me a rude face. I told her that was really rude of her because I was next and she said she didn't see me. She saw me as soon as I walked in because it's such a small store. I don't know the lady not sure what her problem was. She did not want to get a manager. She is short wears a hat. Latina and on the bigger side. She has moles on her face. Doesn't wear a name tag. I will not be coming back to. Terribly managed location.
Customer service was horrible the employee didnāt know what spicy Korean was and didnāt even bother asking and said there was only Korean bbq and than we order Cajun fries and it looks like fried flys in the bottom never again going to this bum place

Placed an order online. I arrived 15 minutes PAST when it should have been done. I had to repeat my name Mel multiple times. They couldnāt āfindā my order due to someone getting some type of fluid all over the receipt. Then after waiting I was told my food still wasnāt done almost an hour later. Poor service and clearly they cannot keep up with the demands of customers

i ordered a pickup order around 1030pm and they forgot two orders of my cajun fries AND i had ordered a garlic parm chicken sandwich and my chicken had no garlic or parmā¦it also didnāt have any pickles which was just the icing on the cake for me:))
