I placed order 6168777256 at 4:46 PM today it was supposed to have arrived at 5:10 PM when I saw the DoorDash text that it was being delivered by them. It showed the vehicle go in the opposite direction from my home and then stop, I called the number associated with the text seven times no answer. I contacted the store seven times no answer and that was the one at Knoxville Tennessee on Chapman Highway at 5:58 PM, I drove to the store. I walked in and asked to speak to a manager. I explained I hadn’t received my order and I would like a refund the employee standing beside the manager, stated The order was picked up. I showed my phone to the manager that it still had not been delivered because it was tracking, the employee then said I’m not lying. I said I’m not lying either and I told the manager I wanted a refund. I did not get my order. I said I also want your corporate phone number and the district manager‘s name, she copied my information down and said that I should get the refund in 4 to 5 business days again ask again for the corporate number and the district manager’s name she printed off a receipt with the only thing was the website. I have not had an issue ordering from this store before and I ordered it off of the app from Wingstop, I think it was very very inappropriate from the employee and the manager. I even told the manager I don’t think anyone would be happy with this. I only live three minutes behind the store in a subdivision. I am very, very displeased.

Ordered for the first time today 10-27-25 and was shocked the wings I got were all the “drum” stick, I’m sure if I would order that I’d cost more for the one kind of wing. Was very disappointed and thought they could’ve been bigger, they were the smallest wing pieces I have had in a LONG time for what I paid🤬…. I got the 10 piece deal, 🥴

Ordered wings online for delivery. I ordered a 20 piece classic wings and a large fry. I got 8 wings and cold frys. The best part is when you dial the phone for the store it sends you to voicemail and its full. So no one answers the phone and there is no way to complain online. I enjoy wingstop for how fresh it normally is but this has ruined it for me. I will not order from the 156th and maple location again.

This is the only wingstop worth while in Omaha. Sure my order was late when I picked up. My fries burned my fingers when I got to my car and wings weren't any cooler. (My food was HOT which is weird for a wingstop)
Staff was nice and apologetic for the late pick up despite being super busy
