Location 18427 Hall Rd Macomb. I was making online order and waiting nearly 30 min one chicken sandwich combo. Inside was smelling like some one smoked (not a sigaret). Employee give me a cup and 3 times he put fingers inside the cup. After my dissatisfaction, he told me he will kick me out and I should never come back!!

After 5:30pm this location consistently takes 1 to 1.5 hours to get food if you order at the counter and runs 30 - 45 minutes behind on online pick up orders. Won't go here again as this has been my experience on 3 occasions, each 6 months apart trying to "give them another chance". I finally learned my lesson.

Now yall know i had to get on here. I called wingstop and ordered my usual lemon pepper with fries extra crispy. The moment that phone was hung up i just KNOW they looked at each other and thought “she gon see some good wings today” cause when i opened that box i gasphed. i was so taken aback I had to let it sink in that i was about to eat this. okay so boom i take my first bite. when i tell you it tasted like god himself came down and hand tossed those wings. i CANNOT make this up. i was gripping onto the center console each bite i took cause my tastebuds couldnt believe what was going on. let me not even hold yall on the drink of dr. pepper i took after bussin through 3 wings and some fries. Ts tasted like waking up at 3am and having ice cold water on ur bedside. Now, whoever was on shift need a payraise. run them those 1’s rn. Ts had me thinking about doing cartwheels out the car. Ima dream about those wings tonight too and what about it. wing-stop, you’re invited to my grad party, my wedding, and i will be returning for prom dinner for my second year in a row. Anyways, i’ve had a lot of okay and good wingstop but this…. this was unbeatable. Wing-stop on maple, you WILL be seeing me again. THANK YOU.
9:35 PM I watch as three employees are wrestling in the kitchen. The trash outside is full and everywhere. The managers were actively avoiding my eye contact. And then when she did come upfront to finally, not greet me in any way, but answer the phone put them on hold and then asked me “what can I do for you?” Beyond the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. Just do your job. I run a restaurant with 16 year olds more well behaved than these people.

Would give zero stars if I could. The worse wingstop in Omaha. Just a bunch of kids with attitudes, standing around, doing absolutely nothing while it’s been well over an hour from when you were supposed to get your food. Don’t see this place staying open for long if they don’t get rid of the people they have now.

Worst experience pretty much at any restaurant ever. Online order said 16 to 21 minutes. We got to the store 30 minutes later and have been waiting for another 30 so far but still no food. Seems to be very disorganized inside. We haven't got our food so hopefully it's good.
