I have ordered at this location several times, however the last two times I ordered pickup they had missing items off my order. I try calling and they never pick up the phone. I shouldn't have to double check everything to make sure somebody is doing their job, they should just do their job since that's what they are paid to do. This is the type of activity that makes people treat fast food workers like they are incompetent.

I had take out order and wait time was around 13 min. As I was two min away from store so I decided to go and wait inside while they are making it ready. I was surprise the order was already done within two min. (as i am saying order was done less then two min) I noticed they have lot of fryer with already fried wings that are sitting for a long time. Anyway; When I came to car; I tried wings and they are cold.
I do appriciate so much for fast service; I wish it was fresh; I drove on snow expecting to have at least warm wings 😢

I'm tired of places expecting a tip when I'm walking up to the counter and getting my own food. If I don't tip then don't retaliate by making my lemon pepper wings with no seasoning and think it's funny. If you want tips so badly then go be a waiter and risk having slow days with no tips at all, but don't take it out on my food. I'll be going to the other wing stop from now on.

Next time when you don’t have a flavor don’t wait for the person to come in to tell them you don’t have it. Waited 40 minutes just to get there and get told you don’t have a flavor. What’s the point of me giving a contact number IF YOUR NOT GOING TO USE IT. Waste of time

I placed an order online, I got there at the indicated time, front desk was empty and I could see one employee on his phone in the very back. I waited for over 5 minutes to be acknowledged even though I try to say hello out loud. He finally came upfront and handed me my order with attitude! Never once he stopped looking at his phone. I checked my order and noticed there was no ranch in there. My order was supposed to come with some. I asked for the ranch and after going back and forth about the ranch the guy say out loud “here I’m not going to have someone bitching at me about dam ranch and he almost threw them at me. I had no words and jut left! Got home and was missing part of my order. I decided not to go back. Never felt so unsafe like this time. Would not go back!

We tried to order online, and we waited around 30 minutes for them to answer and nothing. Everytime we call they never EVER answer. It pisses me off. I just want my wings and they never seem to answer. The wings are good though.
People need to learn to be patient, this location is often busy due to its location so you may have to wait an additional couple minutes, like any other fast food chain. But I’ve ordered here for the past 3 months and I have had not one problem. The best Wingstop location in the metro area in my opinion. It’s clean, the staff are nice, and my order is always correct!
