We arrived a couple minutes before our reservation time. Seated promptly. We sat for 15 minutes, without any kind of acknowledgement, while another couple seated after us, were waited on, she walked by us several times, as did another waiter. This was our first time there. Since we are season ticket holders we thought how convenient it would be.. after 15 minutes of zero interaction we left and went elsewhere. I should have paid attention to the reviews.. won't be back.

For the third visit in a row, our food was cold when it was finally deliveted to the table. Our waitress was terrific, but there must be a significant problem delivering food from the kitchen at the correct temperature. I hope they find a way to correct this soon.

We always love the convenience of being able to eat right at The Holland and then make our show time. They were very accommodating of a larger group this time for us and we appreciated that.

Our dinners were discounted and we ate them at home at 10:00. It was our first time at Zinc and we hope to return and give it a second chance.

The restaurant is lovely, the food a good value. The issue is that everyone needs to get their food, eat it, and pay -by 7:20. Our waitress was new, and could not handle the need for speed. The other staff was rushing around to be sure their tables got their food in a timely fashion. Of course its hard for the kitchen to get so many dinners made and served in such a short time. We came at 6, and barely made it out by 7:25. We did make the show, but it was very stressful, I was not sure we would be seated when the show started. Don't get me wrong, the waitress was very nice, seemed like a sweet girl, but also seemed lost and confused. The space is lovely.

The dinner at Zinc was outstanding. The food was extraordinary and the service was impeccable. The only disappointment of the evening was the difficulty in finding a parking space. We were directed to park at 12th Street but were unable to find the recommended parking area. We ended up parking at a parking meter and walking several blocks making us somewhat late for our evening appointment. But, despite the parking problem, the event was wonderful.

The Mediterranean wine pairing dinner was fantastic. It was a wonderful surprise to experience the creativity of the chef when he's not bound to the regular Zinc menu. Portions were generous - both food and wine. The wine expert did a fabulous job pairing wines with the different courses and I learned about some wines new to me.
We ate at Zinc for the first time on June 1st. I had a kale salad with chicken, I enjoyed my dinner. My husband had the Chicken Parmesan. The waitress said it was the most requested. He said it was good just not great. We had an exceptional waitress! We had a great Lemon Cake dessert!!!
