Unknowledgeable wait staff, very slow uninformed service, none asked how our food was, food quality has diminished since other visits, if this wasn't so convenient, I would go somewhere else before concerts!! Portions have gotten smaller Took forever to get hot tea and a cocktail. It is a great room and should be packed all the time. Better food , management , and trained staff would help for sure. I would use it more than concert nights if it got better.!!!

Great little spot inside the Holland Center. The food was very tasty (I had their version of Eggs Benedict, and tasted my hubby’s cheddar broccoli soup. Both delicious.) There was one oopsie with our order, but it was handled VERY professionally. Service was attentive. I’m just sorry that we took so long to try Zinc; we’ve been attending events at the Holland since it opened. We’ll be back!

First I want to start with, we are regular customers before all the symphony shows for years. The drinks always take super long to arrive. This particular experience was the worst to where it was said not coming here next year. The food was wrong not once but twice, to the point my mom just said take it off the bill and had nothing. The manager never approached us for any apology for the terrible service. Hope the service will get batter. The only food item that did come out right had so much crunchy ‘sand' on the vegetables, I had to spit it out.

Fantastic atmosphere, food and wait staff! We enjoyed the menu variety for appetizers and entrees before our Christmas concert. Wait staff incredibly helpful with the menu and we were served promptly eventhough several large groups were ahead of us. ZINC is a gem!

Great visit before a show! We had wine and dinner. Our server was very pleasant. Manager stopped by to check in with us. We made it to show in plenty of time and she even offered wine to go to show with so we didn't have to stand in bar lines. It was a terrific experience. Thank you

Loved the convenience to our Holland show, the facility was nice and our server was wonderful. The food disappointed however; it was just ‘meh’. The pricey drinks were mediocre. Probably will eat somewhere downtown next time as there are many great options, especially at this price point.

We arrived a couple minutes before our reservation time. Seated promptly. We sat for 15 minutes, without any kind of acknowledgement, while another couple seated after us, were waited on, she walked by us several times, as did another waiter. This was our first time there. Since we are season ticket holders we thought how convenient it would be.. after 15 minutes of zero interaction we left and went elsewhere. I should have paid attention to the reviews.. won't be back.

For the third visit in a row, our food was cold when it was finally deliveted to the table. Our waitress was terrific, but there must be a significant problem delivering food from the kitchen at the correct temperature. I hope they find a way to correct this soon.
