This place is dirty and not well kept. No one cares about there jobs or the food they are sending out to people here. They use old slimy toppings and put thru an oven and call it good. There fridge door is broken and doesnt keep food at the temperature its supposed to be at. The salad goes bad and slimy within a day. I could go on an on about the lack of quality and care in ingredients.Also I was one of your best employees. I wasn't fired, I put in my two weeks and left because I know my worth. Lmao "terminated"

We visited Zio's on a Saturday night with a party of 6. There were 3 other tables when we arrived at 6:35, so not overly busy by any means. We did not recieve our pizza, or appetizers, until 8:20! I will say that our server was awesome, and apologized over and over, saying 3 different times, that our food would arrive in 7 minutes, which was unfortunately not the truth. The pizza was great when it finally arrived, but waiting over 1.5 hours for slices of pizza, while watching numerous online orders go out the door, was very frustrating. We would like to give it another try but are skeptical, as time does play a factor. Hopefully it was a staffing issue and our next visit will be more positive.

The pizza was burnt and not just a little the whole thing was burnt . The knot sticks were chewy and just gross . The only thing that was decent was the cheesecake . Will not order from there again if we ever have to stay in the children's hospital again .

Pretty good experience overall. You can tell they use quality ingredients. Sauce had chunks of tomato but there wasn't much other seasoning in there. Cheese on the pizza was melty. Crust had a crunchy outside, fluffy inside.Garlic knots were not what I was expecting but tasted good. They're little squares of dough with a little parmesan. Not the traditional knot shape you would expect.Fried ravioli was decent too.

Great place. The pizza was terrific. It was busy due to the Eagles concert in 2 hours next door, but there wasn't a long wait. The cinnamon bites were the topping on the cake.

This is the perfect representation of what a local, Omaha proud pizzeria should be. They always get my order perfectly and I love the Bianca. Try the chicken pesto (lol) and their raviolis. Paige did a great job last night when my boyfriend and I came in. Thanks Zio’s for all you do. Will always consider this my fav pizza. ?✨??
I dont normally give ratings under 5. I think management deserves a heads up if the rating is sub par. Here is an exception, so sorry. Clearly understaffed so I'd give our server who truly was bustling about checking out pick up orders, bussing the tables and serving. My 3 for service is due to the fact that our order was wrong. My husband requested the " Thinnest crust you've got, which evidenced in the picture below, he did not get. She blew by several times throwing a " you guys ok?" Over her shoulder, back to us , without pausing to get an answer. We got the impression she didn't want an answer, because we weren't. We didn't mention the incorrect pizza crust because we had already waited too long for our pizza. I might not have given a 3 either, except the pizza was Just OK, not terrible but sooooo Overpriced! We won't be back. A bunch of people must like it because they were streaming in for pick ups that they waited very patiently for. Lots of waiting.......

Zio’s Is a great place for having a great meal. Our half-sausage half-cheese pizza was really tasty and the staff was nice. They were super apologetic about the wait (we came around halftime when orders were being made for the Nebraska game), but it really wasnt that much of an inconvenience. Atmosphere was nice but calm when we were there, which can, again, be attributed to the Nebraska game. Overall, I will definitely be back when I am in Omaha!Parking: Parking right outside of building. Shouldn’t be too hard to find a spot.
