Somewhat confusing at entry where to order food. Very quiet as few customers. Food came quickly. Sauce had an odd flavor, not to our taste but edible. I prefer a crispy crust and it was not crisp. Adequate topping but lacking much flavor.

I ordered a pizza and was not informed that there was walnuts in the pesto sauce. I could not find it anywhere on the menu. I am severely allergic. Luckily I live close or I would be at urgent care.

Dining in, during a not busy weeknight, it took my friend and I 2 hours to get an appetizer and 4 slices of pizza. When we asked for the check, the server charged our cards the opposite of what we requested. Food was good, but 2 hours? If you value your time, this is not your place to dine in.

20 minute wait for my online order. No discount offered. Place was not that busy. The service at this location always sucks. Should have driven the few extra minutes to 132nd Street location. Do yourself a favor and go to the other location. Also upset that I gave a decent tip. Will be providing cash only tips on pick up from now on. Lesson learned.
Met the owner while i was there. He was kind enough to buy me a beer while I waited for my pizza to be cooked. Great pizza and quick service. Thanks

We have just had a terrible experience with Zio’s on Wright Street. We received an Inner Circle email offering $10.00 off of a large Specialty Pizza. We ordered a Margherita Pizza for carry out, picked it up after work and tipped 20%, just like we always do. We weren’t able to eat it until later and when we opened the box to reheat we couldn’t believe our eyes. It was just a Cheese pizza with a few blobs of mozzarella on it and absolutely ZERO basil. We immediately called the store and they said we could drive all the way over there to pick up a remake. We explained that that’s not possible for us tonight which is why we ordered takeout after work in the first place. The manager then offered us 30% off our next order. Seriously? We paid $30.00 for food that wasn’t what we ordered. We have been loyal customers for decades but we will never order from them again, especially when we could have spent that money at Noli’s or Dolomiti. Just trashy customer service. Absolute trash.
Never go there again. Going to downtown millard next time. No service. High schoolers running it. Hanging out with there friends. While working. 70$ waisted. Didn't get everything we ordered. It needs a manager. BAD.!!!

Not a good experience and not sure anyone was supervising the high school students working. We were seated but no one came to take our order so we went to the counter. The guy taking our order seemed new. I wasn't given a receipt and had to ask for table number. We waited probably 20 minutes for our alcohol. It was close to a hour before we got our salads and they messed up the pizza slices. Never got the garlic bread. Perhaps the kids working should work and spend less time socializing with their friends. I'll go to the 132nd location from now on.
