Over all great experience and very inexpensive. The environment was very family friendly and our server Zane - although busy was very attentive and social. The Meatball sub was really great, and super filling. Would recommend if you are looking for a pizzeria!

My family and I are from out of town and decided to try the local pizza restaurant. We decided on Zio's. I ordered online pickup through slicelife.com. I went to the restaurant, and my food wasn't done based on the time given. I decided to wait and waited in the restaurant for over an hour, and they still didn't get my order done. I finally decided I waited long enough and wanted to cancel my order, which they couldn't do, and I had to call slicelife.com to cancel my order to get a refund. I ended up going to Pizza Hut.

The last time that I dine at Zio's Pizzeria in the Old Market here in Omaha , my service wasn't up to my standards . I order fettuccine , meatballs , with marinara sauce . And none of my food was correct and I complained to the server and the manger on duty at the cashier station . The manager seen to get upset with me and she asked me to leave , so I did which to me that's very rude ?. It wasn't my fault that they mess up my order , it was their fault . I haven't been back there since 6 - 16 - 2021. I was having lunch that day .

Italian restaurant ideal for lunch in Omaha's Old Market. I recommend ordering the wings with Parmesan garlic sauce and garlic knots as a starter to share, and as a main dish I recommend the Grande Finale pizza to share between two people. The food is very good, I was surprised by how delicious the wings were, and you can refill your drink as many times as you want. The service is quite friendly and they speak Spanish. If you catch me in the area I will return.

Turned away by the host on a Saturday night at 9:50pm when the place was 1/2 full with people watching the Nebraska game. He made it very clear they did not want to serve us. This is the 2nd time in 2 months this has happened that this location.

Nice location, server great, manager cried about food cost when I sent back a sub with one bite. Your food cost is incentive to make your food better than bad, weird how that works but a manager doesn't understand that.

There were at least 8 ppl staffed and doing anything from talking to girls they worked with, standing at the register staring at customers or walking orders back and forth. The staff was not focused like they should have been. I waited 30min for wings that had been ready for at least 10min. I walked up after watching everyone else get their food and was told they're sitting in the heater. So nobody told me my food was ready and I was 5 ft from the counter? With all those kids walking around doing nothing how does that even occur. Zios downtown will not get my business any longer
